Bryson with Jet Heating & Air was absolutely incredible. Extremely fast, and professional service! Highly recommend!!!
Excellent service!
Bryson show up and looked at my AC unit. Knew what was wrong with in 10 minutes. Had it going with in 20 minutes. Very friendly. Told us up front how expecience freon is. Honest person. Will give our service to Jet Heat and Air again.
Jet Heat and Air is not worthy of 1 star. Jet Heat and Air is the vendor chosen by American Home Shield. The guy came out May 23rd and checked the HVAC systems. He told me that the home warranty would not cover the claim because someone stole the copper from the system. He said that this has to be filed with the insurance company. I filed with the insurance company and they required me to get police reports and quotes. I got 2 separate quotes from different heat and air providers. I called American Home Shield to get a copy of the report to provide to the insurance company and they found there was no report or notes in the system, but the ticket was closed. Since there were no notes, they created another service request. The receptionist from Jet's called the next morning and I told her that I just needed them to update the ticket or come back out. She said I would have the updated report stating the copper was stolen by the end of the day. 6 phone calls to American Home Shield, 10 phone calls and 1 text to Jet Heat and Air, and three weeks later; Jet Heat and Air finally updated the ticket. The insurance adjuster came out to inspect the units and take pictures. I was also able to get a contractor of my own to provide a quote. Liberty Mutual Insurance AND MCI Heat and Air came to the same conclusion; JET HEAT and AIR LIED ABOUT THE COPPER BEING STOLEN.
I’m ready to tell my story: AHS dispatched this company to fix our A/C. Whoever made the review stating they are racist, are absolutely 100% correct. They expected us to pay almost 3,000 dollars BEFORE they touched our unit. Then had the audacity to lie and say that AHS required them to do that. My employee (who is white) used this company before and stated that they NEVER asked her for up front payment. If you are Black, African American, etc and your warranty company dispatches this company out, request someone else or take the payout like we did and got a brand new unit for less
Responded quickly to my repair need. They were concern about having me wait over the weekend to have my repairs done. I really appreciate them.

Bryson with Jet heating and Air tried to price Goucher me out of money. Bryson quoted one brick then tried to charge an additional $225. He got mad when I inquired about the amount t and called his main office and lied. First off he did diagnosed my air conditioning he didn't even examine the unit in the attic to see what the issues was. Because it was an American Home Sheild service call he was only after money not trying to fix the issue. I never in life will use Jet heating and Air for absolutely nothing. The service man by the name of Bryson is very rude and price Goucher money out of customers. Your worker tried to beat me out of $475 more than what the office quoted! I understand you don't service African American people Home or know how to treat us!
Very knowledgeable in his craft. Fixed the issue is less than hour! I highly recommend.
Very professional, gets the job done
Bryson was responsive, flexible, and thorough. He diagnosed my issues and fixed them right away. His office staff is top notch. They immediately got us scheduled and taken care of. I will definitely use Jet again. Great prices and better service. Can't beat it.
My guy Bryson is a personal, knowledgeable, and fair guy. I’m glad I met him. I will recommend him to anyone. He is going to be my go to HVAC guy for life.
Bryson was here first thing today. He immediately diagnosed my problem, and he got me fixed up in no time. He even had to get in the crawl space for a few minutes. I am very grateful for his time and persistence with fixing my issue. He was also very nice and professional.
Came out via our home warranty and when he called to schedule the appointment he immediately said he could finance a new system for the price of the warranty each month… he came out reported the issue and we knew that was not the problem. We paid out of pocket for a second opinion and we’re correct his diagnosis was incorrect. I wouldn’t recommend this company for many reasons and ethics is #1.
They were able to fit me in at a moments notice. I highly recommend them.
Bryson is an awesome HVAC man. If you want some cool air he’s the man to call on. He’s very through on what he’s doing and let you know every step of the way on what he’s doing. Awesome job!!!!
I recommend using Jet Heat and Air if you are in need of any services for your Central Heat and Air. He had to go in and fix a problem that was created by someone else and he took care of the problem that was created and didn’t overcharge me for the service. I highly recommend the owner of Jet Heat and Heat he was very professional and consistent with helping his clients.
