Eric has done alot of work for us over the years including replacing water heaters, plumbing piping of kitchen sinks. Is always utmost timely, professional, and service is A #1 would recommend above all!!!
Our main line got clogged and overflowed our bathrooms last night. They were available this morning and they arrived 45 minutes early. Very professional and very fast. Pricing was extra reasonable and i would recommend them for future plumbing needs.
Love Juan and his son!! They are the best plumbers ever!! Super quality work, professional, and reasonably priced. They’ve changed out my water heater, reset toilets, and repaired/installed plumbing fixtures for me. I never hesitate to call them when I need anything!!
Juan worked very hard on a complicated wall hung toilet. He was very forthright and upfront in telling us about the issues there are with these particular toilets. They are hard to fix. He told us ahead of time that he could not guarantee a permanent fix. We really appreciated his honesty. He was very nice to come out again when we had further issues. He tried another technique which appears to have solved the problem. We would highly recommend him and definitely use him again for any other plumbing issues we may have.

JES saved us! Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning. We called EVERYWHERE locally and either no one could come until Monday or would cost so much extra to come out on a weekend. I also had a medical procedure on Monday that I needed to prep for so it was urgent. We were just about to give up for the weekend until we found JES. They came shortly after we called, they explained everything to us, and didn’t try to up-sell us. Apparently our heater was a custom one but they had connections for the last one in town! They were able to get it installed for us and it was beautiful! They even filled out the permit for us with the city and gave us exact directions on it. When the guy for the city came to inspect it, he had no worries when I told him that JES put it in. He was done in less than 5 minutes. JES is family and locally owned and operated. They will be our first call for any future needs like this.
I had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a plumber. I called multiple in the area to get some quotes first. Not only was JES plumbing the most reasonable, but they were able to come the same day. I was super impressed with Juan’s professionalism, thoroughness, and infection control protocols during this current pandemic situation. He was also very friendly and I would highly recommend JES plumbing to anyone!
Great knowledgeable staff. Made an appointment and they resolved my leaking tub valve the same day I called. Would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber in the 805.
We've had JES come to our house several times for plumbing issues, and have nothing but great things to say! They're quick, efficient, and courteous and we will definitely use them whenever we have plumbing problems!
Eric came out to fix a serious problem with our toilet on short notice. He did a fantastic job - and was gracious enough to stay beyond the originally schedule amount of time to do replace the fixtures on two of our sinks. Eric came out before to fix our water regulator some months ago after the first plumber from another company that our home warranty had sent out gaslighted us and told us nothing was wrong . . . Before that, a friend of mine who used to manage a condo complex highly recommended JES, and I wrote their name down in my phone notes. He knew what he was talking about! He was very competent, and thorough, and very personable, and the charges were very reasonable. Next time we need plumbing work, JES gets it with no question!
JES Plumbing is amazing! Great Service and extremely Knowledgeable. After having a two plumbing services come out to my home and who were unable to diagnose the problem, i was referred to JES Plumbing. I spoke with Juan over the phone and described what was happening, without ever stepping foot into my home he was able to give a preliminary diagnosis of what was wrong. He was able to come to my home next day, confirm his thoughts and fix the issue. After a week of dealing with plumbing issues Juan was an absolute life saver!! I will definitely be recommending JES Plumbing to anyone in need.
Excellent old time service by Juan. Very fair price. I have used any number of plumbers in this area and JES is by far the best. Honest accurate appraisal of the problem and very fair price for repair. In my case JES was able to remove an obstacle in my line that other companies wanted a lot more dollars to do unnecessary work. Highly recommended
I received excellent service from Juan & Eric of Jes Plumbing. Response time was fantastic. My cold water was not reaching my kitchen & lavatory towards the front of my home but I had cold water in the rest of the home. They were able to solve the problem quickly. Juan & Eric was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable diagnosing my problems and solving it quickly. Thank you I really appreciate it
The best plumbing company on the central coast. Had a bit of a plumbing emergency, JES plumbing was fast, professional and honest. They were half the price we were quoted by other local companies. Eric, the technician that did our repair was friendly, and took the time to diagnose and discuss the options we had for our repairs. I highly recommend this company!!! I give them 6 stars, for being a cut above the rest!

Excellent experience and very reasonable cost. Had a water pressure regulator failure and Eric replaced it with the regulator that I had bought (same one that was there). Some companies quote a ridiculously high price using their "parts". I paid a $80.00 service charge and was done. Plus, he came out 4 hrs after I called on a Monday morning. Eric is a very nice person. Will definitely recommend them.
I called for a leak repair and the guy on the phone told me it would be a $160/hr. rate, are you freaking kidding me? Are these guys launching rockets or something, way overpriced! On top of it he told me he would have to charge me for a quote, haha, never heard of that before. Then he went on about how he was honest and wouldn't take advantage of me, if you have to tell me that so I will believe you than you are most likely trying to just take my money. The only good thing I can say is that he was polite. Would not recommend, overpriced!!!
Juan and Eric are hands down the best plumbers in santa maria and orcutt area we have used their services many times from clogged drains to water heaters and everything in between they are alway friendly, clean and very professional I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs
