If you need a great, responsive, completely fair HVAC company, look no further then JES. After today's experience with Eric I have already given my colleagues their name and number should the need for HVAC service arise. I have been without AC since last week(July 1st,2023) and was away over the 4th so I knew I was going to be coming home to a completely uncomfortable house. On Wednesday, July 5th, while still away, I called and spoke with Sanddy and he said he'd be able to get to the house on the 6th,the day of my return. I told him I had to be out of my house by 1115am. Well, today,as promised, his brother Eric showed up and got right to work and found the source of the problem instantly. After fixing the issue very quickly, he was also very thorough in making sure any other potential problems(ie low freon and other diagnostics) were ruled out so he could leave the house confidently knowing all his p&q's were checked off. He was completely honest and made zero attempt to upsell anything as I'm sure other companies might do. His price was insanely fair. So much so when I told people the price for what was done they couldn't believe the number. Eric is a super nice guy and knows his trade. I am moving into a townhome and will be giving my landlord their contact number. I want to note that I only write reviews when compelled to do so. I feel that when service is above and beyond it deserves praise. Thanks again Eric and Sanddy for making my house habitable again.
Sanddy and Erick have been the absolute best to our family! We love their family owned business and always recommend them to people! Before meeting Erick and Sanddy, we had a 20+ year old air conditioning unit. When we first called a few summers ago, they resolved the issue and explained our unit was very old and would need to be replaced at some point in the next couple of years. But because the cost of replacing our whole unit was expensive, they said they would do their best to make it last as long as possible to save us money. We greatly appreciated their honesty and felt they truly cared about us and weren't just looking to replace the unit, charge us, and call it a day. With their warning in mind we financially prepared to have money set aside if it were to fail again. Jump to summer of 2023 our air conditioning stopped working and we called Sanddy and Erick and they immediately made time to visit us. When they examined our unit, we were finally told it would be in our best interest to replace the entire thing. Sanddy and Erick explained the different units, to us and answered all of our questions. Together we choose a unit that best fit our house and our needs. They booked us as soon as they could fit us in and said if anything opens up sooner they would let us know. Installation took 2 days and we were very surprised it was done so quickly! Everything was neat and they even alerted us to a whole in our roof that was causing a leak and did their best to repair it for us until we could tackle it. In addition they assisted us in replacing our shower fan as they noticed it wasn't working to the fullest which we greatly appreciated! Erick, Sanddy, and their Dad Jose run a great family business and any HVAC problems we run into, they will always be our first call! They went above and beyond for us and we HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend them! Thank you again Erick, Sanddy, and Jose! :)
Sandy and Eric you're so polite so caring about coming into my house. Wearing a mask and your work was impeccable. I would highly recommend you to everybody. You do great work and you never gave up and you couldn't finish on one day. You came back the next day to finish up your work. It was a big job to replace an a c system and duck work thank you again
Wow hands down the best workmen I’ve hired to do a project on my house so far. As a female home owner I can say I felt very comfortable, well informed, and like Sanddy and Eric were upfront and detailed about the work that they were going to provide. Not even a week after I decided to go with their service they scheduled me and got the job done in a day. They paid attention to detail and made sure the units looked nice on the walls (I live in a log cabin so it’s challenging to make things level). I highly recommend JES heating and cooling for anyone looking to get a mini split. Also- the brand they install is covered by a 12 year warranty.
Met our schedule. Everything clean everyday after the work. We were somewhat apprehensive about heat pumps working at low outside temperature, but worked fine at the brief zero degrees in January.
I usually don’t do service or product reviews but JES has genuinely earned/deserves 5 stars. It would be unfair for them as well as those of us searching for dependable service not to share my experience. I’m super meticulous and they were patient enough to explain each process in detail and entertained all my questions. They were on time, professional, reasonable and honest. They have overhauled (long list..see pics+more) my entire HVAC system and dialed it in to perfection. Quality, value and personable service is super rare. These guys check all those boxes!
If you want a heating & cooling company that you can trust and feel that they are always looking out for your best interest, then I highly recommend JES. I originally called them to inspect the heating/cooling systems for a new house I bought in 2022. They were able to diagnose all the issues with the 3 units, which helped me negotiate with the sellers. Erick and Sandy are very thorough, and explain everything in detaiI to allow their customers to make knowledgeable and informed decisions - and they were very responsive when I would call for any issue. I knew the units were end of life when I bought the house and would need to be replaced. I had JES replace 2 of the units so far - they recommended a hybrid heat pump system which runs great and is saving me a lot of money from having to use oil and propane heat this winter. And the cost to replace the systems was very competitive and the quality of the work has been outstanding. Feels great to know that with JES, I have a company that I can trust and who really cares about helping their customers. Again, highly recommend JES Heating & Cooling!
A pleasure to work with. Installed a central AC system on my 2nd floor. Compared with 2 other bids JES came in lower. They also worked with my GC to get the system installed ahead of schedule to meet the tight construction time-table.
Erick and Sandy were both very responsive and helped do both spring and fall checkups for me. I recommend them!

We originally called in Jes after several companies had came in to give us an evaluation for our central air units. 4 companies before we called Jes with 4 completely different answers with a cost for dealing with the issues ranged from 8 to $15,000, Eric and his brother came in and within 30 min evaluated and explained in detail the problems. They rewired the unit correctly after it was taken apart from the other groups that had looked at everything and said that they could fix the problem for $750.00, a leaking pan. I've since given Jes several other jobs from exchanging my home boiler to installing our ductless AC unit in our office. The brothers are old school and understand everything they are dealing with. It is truly amazing to see that in the new world where no one has a clue what is going on I have the understanding that my family and I need only to make a phone call. I've also have given their name out to several of my clients with a perfect record of professionalism for Jes. Make them your first call
Great service and knowledge. They go above and beyond most contractors. I work with contractors all the time with my professional life and they are probably the best I have worked with. Very happy with their work and finished project which was no easy task installing Heat Pump system in an almost 100 yr old home with no ductwork and very complex areas of the home to get to. Lastly they are honest which is most important.
JES is truly head and shoulders above all of the other HVAC contractors with whom I've worked. Not only are they responsive and friendly, but they show up when they say they'll show up, they really go the extra mile when you need help in a pinch, they do great work (they replaced a central air compressor and air handler for me a few years ago and I've never once had a problem with the new system), and their prices are fantastic. It's rare to find HVAC service providers who seem to go about doing what they do with integrity in mind first, but JES breaks that mold completely.
Very satisfied not just with the professionalism, performance, price point and punctuality of the family behind JES but also very satisfied with the feeling I get when I recommend them to friends, because I know they will be just as impressed. When I first met Erick and Sanddy (installed a new furnace plus tricky new ductwork; subsequently repaired my water heater) I relied on web reviews, so now I can safely pay that forward by saying that I cannot recommend them highly enough. JES is great! They are honest, professional and efficient. We had a new heating/cooling system installed and the work was completed in one day. I’m happy to recommend JES and would definitely use them again.

JES was absolutely amazing! They provided excellent customer service. They spent time explaining the different options we could go with for zoned central air units. They were extremely patient and helpful with answering all the questions I had. We ended up doing one zone with new duct and vent installation. They were very efficient and very clean. They were competitively priced which was great because we checked with a number of other companies. We were provided with a very detailed proposal; they were extremely accommodating when I wanted to make some changes to what we had originally discussed. I highly recommend them. I will definitely hire JES again.
I cannot recommend JES highly enough, they were the most responsive, courteous and professional outfit I have experienced in a long time. They were competitively priced, sent us a fully detailed proposal of the work to be completed, delivered it flawlessly and on time. We had 4 new AC units installed, they spent allot of time walking through the different options and their end recommendations. It’s a family owned and operated business, with the care and personalized service that comes from being one. The followup post install has been fantastic, we are moving all of our heating and cooling business to them. Highly recommended.
Erick and his team replaced my central AC unit recently, and we are very pleased! He is trustworthy, dependable and very personable. The system is working great, and was substantially less money than a quote I received from a bigger company. Before and after the job was completed, he is quick and helpful to respond to any texts or calls from me. We highly recommend them!
