I submitted a repair request via my Home Warranty and Jenntrell Mechanical Company was sent the next day. The technician text me the day of service to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived on time, presented himself professionally and immediately determined the problem. He quickly worked with my Home Warranty company to approve the repairs. Left for a short time to obtain the necessary parts. He performed the repair, answered my questions and provided maintenance tips. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and would recommend Jenntrell Mechanical Company to others.
We were assigned this company via a home warranty. We called on a Friday to schedule a time for a contractor to come on the following Tuesday to diagnose the status of our AC unit. The contractor texted us on Tuesday saying he’d be there by 11AM. Then he last minute texted saying he mixed us up and was at another job. When trying to reach out via phone he wouldn’t answer. He later texted us saying he wasn’t going to do the job and he canceled it the day of because the work order was showing a $0 service fee. That’s because we wouldn’t be paying directly, the warranty would be compensating him. Again we tried calling to explain and he’s now ignoring us. We’ve been without AC since June 30th. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would never recommend this company to family or friends.
My appointment went very well. The employee was courteous, polite, efficient and he worked quickly and my air conditioner works wonderfully now!
Jenntrell is definitely the best, we called everyone in town and everyone was telling us to try next week, Jerry quickly got us back working in no time, having an infant at home, time was very important and Jerry really came through in our time of need. I highly recommend them for any and all heating and cooling needs in the st louis and st charles area.

Was sent by my warranty provider after first tech tried to scam me. Was punctual and communicated with me prior to arrival. One here explained what the issues might be and what he was.going to do to address them. Very knowledgeable and quick in getting the work done. Will definitely use again if have an hvac issue again
