I hired this company to replace an AC unit in an occupied rental property. After approving the estimate I made arrangements with Denise Jennische to meet her and deliver the initial 75% of the estimated cost and sign the contract that stated the remaining 25% was due upon completion. I made it clear that this was an occupied rental property and was assured that the only tenant involvement would be to allow the contractor to gain access to the house. At no time was it implied or indicated that my presence would be required to complete installation. At 3:45pm on the day the work was completed I was contacted again by Denise and we agreed to meet the next morning so that I could deliver the final 25% of the fee. Approximately 20 minutes later I received a phone call from my tenant who stated that the contractor, Kevin Jennische, was inside the house threatening the tenant that if I did not arrive immediately to make the final payment that he would remove all the equipment and leave. I contacted Kevin by phone and attempted to explain that I had made payment arrangements but was continually interrupted and not allowed to speak. Due to his belligerent nature I terminated the phone call and requested assistance from the sheriff department to remove Mr. and Mrs. Jennische from the domicile. Mr. Jennische then engaged in what was later described by the tenant and neighbors as a shouting match with the deputy in the front yard. I was notified by the deputy that Mr. Jennische had stated that I was receiving this prejudicial treatment because he had never done business with me before and that due to verbage in the contract he was legally able to remove the equipment and I would be forced to pursue him in court for any refund. I left the function I was attending with my children (pursuant to the payment arrangements I had previously made with Denise) and arrived to the property at approximately 6:50 and paid the remaining 25% and only then did Mr. and Mrs. Jennische leave the p
