They did a great job and fixed our AC for much less than we were quoted anywhere else. Super down to earth guys too. They don’t sugarcoat anything — they tell everything to you straight. But that style works for me.
Jeffs is the best pricewise and for installation on hvac or heating pump and furnace. Very satisfied.

They installed a heat pump in 2020 that was going to be phased out in 2020. I didn't know this until 2 years later after my winter electric Bill's were high. Jeff came out and said there was a leak and couldn't find it. He said he'll put something through the line to stop the leak. It worked through the summer and winter. We didn't have any a/c the next year and called the company. Jeff came out and said he'll put this stuff through line and see if it's work and add freon. If it does, it'll get us through another winter. The same thing happened the next year. This scenario occurred 3 years in a row and the heat pump was serviced once. The lasT time Jeff said we'll have to replace the whole system..heat pump, backup unit and furnace. The cost will be $14,000. The company suggested an electric furnace and air conditioner at a cost of $6999.00. Nothing was mentioned about a venting system which would entail a construction job at an extra cost. I got some other opinions and was told about the 5 year warranty on the heat pump and 2 companies said they could find the leak. Also the last company I spoke to didn't understand the reason this heat pump was installed when there were other heat pumps out there that weren't being phased out and more efficient. I found out recently, via the internet, that the information about the phase-out was out there in 2010. I am overall very dissatisfied with their service.
Not super happy, I had a weird vibe when they came to my home. They spoke kindly but you could tell they were uncomfortable when we spoke spanish. They politely left and never reached out again.. Our heater is really old and they let us know it could still work if they could find the pieces and fix it but once again they never reached out after leaving... Found a different company and I’m just replacing the whole thing and to avoid using proper terminology and labeling them I will say there was some kind of discrimination whether intentional or not.
Jeff Jackson is a rare breed - a business owner that also comes out and handles the job from start to finish. He knows everything there is to know about heating/cooling systems - whether brand new systems and tech, or decades old. Jeff has worked on my home a few times over the years - his work is flawless, and he always goes above and beyond, and I am always shocked the bill is so low. I would refer Jeff and his company to anyone. Keep up the amazing work and customer service!
Jeff came to our rescue when 3 prior vendors could not figure out how to install a nest thermostat in a 1932 house with a gas boiler, a furnace, and an air conditioner! I cannot recommend him highly enough. Straightforward, smart, and just plain great at his job.
I would give him more stars if I could. Most honest and knowledgeable person I 've ever hired for a home repair.

Please do business with Jeff and Jeff. They did a wonderful job replacing an older system at our home. They are easy to work with, do excellent work, and respected our budget. Jeff and Jeff also gave time and talent to a local Eagle Scout project, designing and building a shelter at CREST. They are paying it forward in our community. Great work and big hearts. What more do you need?

A great experience with Jeff's heating and cooling, same day service on one of the warmest days of the year for an A/C problem, and Jeff traced it to a loose wire. A quick fix with minimal cost. Would recommend and WILL use again when I have a problem
