Jeff definitely does not stand behind the words satisfaction guaranteed.... He came out and serviced our a/c unit last year, hours later we called him back because we then had a totally different problem we didn’t have before he came out. He left an invoice stating that he would return at a later date to finish the repair but never did. Needless to say upon calling him this year with temps into the 90’s not only did he insult us by saying our unit is old and finished, but also hung up on my husband. Guess that’s what you get when you go on the internet and trust that a repair person will do the right thing. One question Jeff, if our unit is old and finished why did you take our money last year and even touch it, why do we have proof you said you would return at a later date ? How dare you treat people who try supporting people like you by trusting they will do the right thing. You are a horrible business person. Oh and bye the way the job he never returned to finish last year, he wants to charge us again this year to come back and finish 😂😂😂 No thanks, we will pay a professional company just like we paid you and get the job done right this time.
From now on my furnace place is jeffs heating and cooling. Hes the best. My furnace went out on sunday night. I called him and he was here in 30 minutes. He got it going for us. Now we are warm. I would definitely suggest him for your heating and cooling problems. Very nice and explained everything to us. Very reasonable price.
