Julian did a great job, he was courteous and professional
We have worked very successfully with Julian in the past. We found he and team to be competent and communicative. He explained our issues in layman’s terms and explored our options. We found them to be trustworthy and knowledgeable. We are happy to have an opportunity to do business with JDAir once again.
The JD air team was professional and did top notch work. I bought my condo from a developer who did a subpar flip and they where able to re-install my central ac system, solving problems and making the whole system much more attractive and — importantly — functional. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

It is for main water valve installation. Installation is done greatly and successfully so far. Very professional and great work
Julian and Eddie were awesome when we needed dampers and new thermostats installed—professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Julian repaired our AC. It works now and the price was reasonable for the service. We called them when AC stopped working. it took them a week to show up and another week to come and fix the issue. Luckily it wasn’t hot yet most of the days. In the end it worked out for us
They returned my call quickly for a furnace quote and gave me a good quote. We talked on the phone and they guided me step by step leading to the install. The technicians came on time, did the work. They were very professional and friendly. Once they were done, I went to check their work. It was outstanding. The tech explained features of the new furnace to me. They cleaned up the area they were working in as well. It was a great experience

JD AIR, has a very positive response time. They are able to troubleshoot the problem and then give a recommendation on the solution and an alternatives that will be best for the customer… This does not happen often with other companies. We are very happy with JD AIR.

Hi My condo association suggested to get an HVAC and dryer inspection done from them. I received a feedback form and no inspection report. I asked for report and it took some time to generate it. The report was finally provided but was not correct as Dryer vent was left off. It took couple of more days to correct that. Then I saw deficiencies and I had requested to call me so that easier things can be fixed in the same appmt; of course they did not. I will be talking to my condo association to take this company off the recommended list
