DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! we had a new system installed over a year ago by James, we paid him in full and have had nothing but problems ever since. He will give you all these promises but at the end of the day he is a liar!! He constantly gave excuse after excuse why he couldnt finish the job and then started to avoid our calls, he still hasnt made anything right. SInce we have had our system, we have had to call for service 3 times (twice just to add freon since there is a freon leak in our brand new system) now with another reliable company since james will not honor his promise of the warranty that supposedly came with our system. I can not stress this enough, do not give him a dime! And I do have my invoice stating 2 year labor warranty.
Hi Jen, wish I had saw your review before I went with this install.I turned down a very reputable business for the cheaper rate.Never pay full amount up front like I did before the contract was written up.My preacher recommended this business based on a friend of his who does good work, and I experienced the incomplete job and no refunding of the money back for the work not done and no answer after continuing to call. I had a new furnace installed that was dirty on the front making me question whether it was new. I assumed it was however. I got the promises and matching 5yr warranty on parts and labor. I told him he left tools but he owes me money and hasn't returned, neither dropped off the promised filters he said he would give. It's best to go with a reputable business because in the long run it Costs more. It's 😥people operate on such principles. I learned a very valuable lesson and will try to save others as well from the same mistake. If that little money will make his business that much better, I guess he can have it
