I had a problem with my walk in freezer, the technician that came "fixed" the problem which was to replace the time control device. after he finished the job he gave me the bill for 966$. I asked for a break down just to understand what I'm paying for and the technician lost it completely and started screaming at me that I don't want to pay, I explained myself that the payment is not the issue and I'm going to pay I just want to understand what I'm paying for. after yelling at me he went back to the roof and since than my freezer is not working properly. I wouldn't advice anyone to work with this company! until today I didn't got the answer from JC service any explanation what i payed for and my freezer is in a worse condition than before!!!
Showed up late for service window despite being first thing in the morning. Then diagnosed the problem and gave an almost $2000 estimate. The office was not helpful in telling me whether they could send the bill into the manufacturer for warranty coverage. Then when I had a second HVAC repair company in (who could send in the bill for warranty coverage) diagnosed a different problem and did the entire repair for $200 in under 30 minutes.
