Jerry is super responsive (possibly intrusive) before the contract is signed. The contract had "typos" that were all in favor of him. Work started on time and the person doing the work was competent and professional. I would say the work was 90% fine. I had an issue that they fixed after having to insist a bit. Jerry promised to come back to fix the painting in my son room but never came back. Recently, we realized the pumps were very noisy. I sent a couple of messages and a recording. no answer from Jerry not from his employee. we cant use air conditioning because it is far too noisy when the pumps start. This is not professional at all.
