Great company and service Mr. JB came out and fixed my system that was not cooling and even found an issue other companies overlooked that he was able to come fix the next day. I will never use another HVAC company other than JB.
Just as summer was settling in to GA, my upstairs AC unit developed a terribly leak. I called my home warranty company, who ultimately sent technicians out 4 times to “fix” it. The leak continued after each technician’s visit. I called JB, and I was immediately scheduled. He came, quickly diagnosed the problem, and scheduled he repair within 48 hours of the diagnosis. He replaced the unit, and did a few extra things to ensure the system would work efficiently, and charged me no more than the very reasonable price he had quoted. I will continue to patronize this business for all of my HVAC needs. You will NOT be disappointed in this service.

I was having trouble with water building up in the pan under the system in the Attic. I googled who is the best heating and Air company in Georgia and JB heating and Air came up on Google. The receptionist was very friendly when I called and JB heating and air got out here the next day bright and early at 8:00 a.m. Mr. Bailey was on time, he fixed the problem and he was very reasonable. You want a company that is honest and reliable. Mr Bailey is very kind and professional and I will definitely be using his services in the near future.

So, it has been almost 2 years, but it has always pressed me to locate the JB information to leave a review. We just had our little girl, coming home from the hospital our AC went Middle in August of all months. They made the process so easy and fast, even coming back out in the night with the additional part that was needed. Their price was good and they were very professional. Thanks again!

I strategically decided to get (3) estimates for my new HVAC installation. JB Heating and Air was my third (he was recommended to me), and truly a God send. As a single, female homeowner it is very hard to find honest, trustworthy, dependable people to do work. From my initial contact when I called the office to schedule an appointment to get an estimate, until the completion of the job, his company was nothing but professional. He offered a very reasonably price (so much so, I was waiting for the bomb to drop, lol), especially being that he used a well-know, quality brand. He did not try to "oversell" me a unit (more unit than I needed for the size of my home) or overestimate the time it would take to complete the job like others did. He took the time during the entire project to not only explain, but show me what he was doing; although by the end I laughed and told him that I trusted his expertise. He also offered a 12-month labor warranty, which I thought was outstanding (that's just unheard in the home improvement industry). This told me that he stood by the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients. It is both, figuratively and literally (my air is blowing very good), refreshing doing business with Mr. Bailey. I wish I could find someone else with his integrity to do other home improvement projects that I need done. Kudos to an awesome man, operating his business in an awesome way.
