Our AC quit working on a Friday evening and we sent Seth a text. He was at our door in less than 30 minutes. Seth is such a pleasure to work with and is always kind, professional, and does great work! We will never use anyone else!
The first day I moved to town my A/C went out. Seth at JayCo prioritized me and fixed my system ASAP. He returned a few months later to fix my upstairs unit after it quit working on me. Last month we worked together to design a completely new downstairs HVAC system (gas heat & A/C unit) with additional returns for the house that optimizes the new units and their efficiency. "J" removed the old setup and installed the new system over 3 days. Not a small job. His attention to detail was spot on. He checked in with me constantly to make sure I was happy with the design, build, and progress. The system is working flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. I will be calling JayCo to replace my upstairs system once it dies!
Shout out to JayCo Heat and Air. Called one of the big guys on Tuesday evening, and they couldn’t get anyone out until Friday for our busted AC. Called JayCo owner Seth and he said he would be out in the morning, and he was. He even worked around my work meeting schedule. He did the troubleshooting and ordered the replacement part right away. He prepped the job for his tech (Jay) later in the day. Jay came in the afternoon and within three hours had the coil replaced and cool air flowing! Both were friendly and really knowledgeable. Seth hires only Veterans for his small business and they produce. Jay even spared a little time to swap military service stories with me. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently had our upstairs AC unit go out. We contacted several well known HVAC contractors first that seemed to care more about their companies bottom line rather than customer satisfaction but JayCo was by far the most helpful and straightforward. Seth went above and beyond helping us diagnose the problem and pick the most efficient unit for our needs and budget. His crew also worked quickly and efficiently on the install. We highly recommend them for any HVAC needs and will use them in the future with any other maintenance and repairs needed.
Seth & Jeremiah took excellent care of us. I was amazed at their attention to detail, their ability & their friendliness! My summer maintenance & repair of 1 unit were great-HIGHLY reccomend!

Wouldn't know. Waited for 3 appts never knew who was coming out or when.Zero contact. Got my information from CHW.I was home on the days they claim to of come over,front door open by 6am and closed after 10pm.Tried contacting them once I knew who to contact again nothing. 1 star cos you've got no option for none
My daughter Kayla's air conditioning equipment failed and Jayco came to diagnose the issue. The techs Hunter and Greg were very professional and explained what had to be done to resolve the issue. They completed their work in a timely manner and kept me informed with what they were doing. I also spoke to Seth who was very courteous and knowledgeable about what had to be done and he did not try to take advantage or price gouge. My daughter and I was impressed with all of them and would like to thank Jayco for their assistance.
Called them & they came out immediately & took 20 mins to fix the issue. Didn’t price gouge or try to sell me on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need like the other guys do. Before these guys I had pilgrim heat & air come out and try to sell me a $15,000 system then said I needed a new unit for $5000. The guy lied about everything while trying to get as much money as possible & it took nearly 2 weeks of him talking and doing nothing before I decided to call Jayco which took care of it literally within the hour. I’m so mad at myself for not calling these guys first! Long story short, you can’t trust a lot of contract workers but these guys definitely have my trust & I will be using them for everything HVAC related in the future!
Reset my ac compressor to side of house with cable on steel rack.
We called out JayCo over the summer to work on our AC unit, we are first time home owners so we had no idea what was wrong. We called several places to come out that day and the only person available same day was JayCo. They explained everything to me as they fixed it, and were very professional. I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend!
Our thermostat was not operating correctly for heat. Hunter came and installed a new thermostat. After a few weeks that thermostat was not working correctly. He came again and installed a different kind of thermostat and all is well again.
Seth & Hunter are great guys to deal with. Hunter does great work and I am glad that I found an HVAC company I can trust
I had an outage on the first cold day of the year. I was able to make the appointment on a Saturday. Scheduled for the next Monday as requested. The tech was on time, kept in contact of his schedule, was professional, and was done quickly. Would recommend to anyone to use again.
Ver professional and delivered what they promised while explaining each step of the process. Great company!!
