Great service, reliable and reasonable
The replacement of our wall A/C unit could not have gone more smoothly working with Jarman. From the first call to get a quote to the final stages of installation, Jarman was professional, friendly and transparent in process and pricing. Jarman was did a fantastic job installing the wall A/C unit, including new interior framing and outdoor cement patchwork. We would definitely use them again.
I was looking for a new air conditioner and I was recommended by my neighbors to call Jarman. Very happy I did. I called and spoke with Bob who took my information and Mike came out to see what I neeeded done. My new Friedrich Air Conditioner was just installed by two of the nicest men that have ever done work in my home. That would be Mike and Ron. Very nice, polite, respectful and kind. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job installing my wall unit. I would highly recommend Jarman and hope you get Mike and Ron to do the job. Thank you, guys. Roe

Jarman staff provided the best customer service I've experienced in the 42 years I've lived in Philadelphia. Everything went smoothly from my first contact through installation. The installation was scheduled quickly and the unit is working perfectly. The installers were friendly, quick, and took care to be very clean around the work area and leave everything back in place. My experience from beginning to end was excellent. I was referred to this company by a fellow resident in a Center City high rise who had a very similar experience. Word has traveled among residents about their excellent service.

We knew we'd have to get new wall unit air conditioners soon but on a hot summer day a couple of weeks ago, one of the units pushed up our purchase. I had called a competitor that wanted more money for the at home survey/consult/measurements and didn't have a policy of taking it off the bill if we hired them, only that they'd "work it out". When I contacted Jarmon, they were clear about their cost (which was $23 less than the competitor) for the survey and that they would deduct off the bill if we went with them. They came out and were professional and informative. Several days later they installed the 2 units for us and did an amazing job. Plus, they're family owned. Highly recommend!
The sales and installation provided by Jarman are second to none. I love my 240000 BTU Friedrich Chill air conditioner installed through the wall by Jarman. it looks great. Thank you Bob and Mike.

Excellent sales and service
We purchased a condo in December which had 3 older through the wall heater/AC units. When the weather got warmer we realized that 2 of the units didn’t work well. Jarman was recommended to us by the building management and by one of the other condo owners. They came out quickly to check the units that we had concerns about and also checked and cleaned the other one which was older but working fine. We decided to replace the two units we had concerns about. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Mike and Jake did the initial service call and came back on a scheduled day to install the new units. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They arrived at the expected times and did a great job installing the new units, showing how they worked and cleaning up when they were finished. They also offered to put furniture back that we had moved out of the way before they arrived. I would definitely recommend Jarman for AC service and sales!
I would highly recommend this business. They have 3 installers and the 2 who came to my home yesterday, installed 2 refurbished units that look new. The men provided quality installation, even filling in mortar cracks in the wall below the wall unit I purchased for my first floor. The 2 air conditioners I purchased are only 6 years old so for me, the Jarman cost is not out of line which I originally thought until I saw how professional this job went. The installers took their time to retrofit the wall unit into its space. It took me since last summer to find the right business to provide the service I know I would not have gotten from anyone else. I even had one appliance company ask ME to send THEM a photo and measurements of the wall unit I was replacing. I’m relieved my search is over.
These guys did an amazing job! They call before they come, they are prepared ahead of time for everything they need to do. Clean, Professional, Respectful of you and your property. They installed two wall units in about 2 hours and cleaned up everything. They definitely know what they are doing. Work like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend them. Edit: Used them first in 2018(?) And now on 2022 After considering a mini split I decided on a window ac. The window is a little bigger than standard windows so I always had a hard time getting it right. Decided to let the professionals handle it. As usual they did a great job, came prepared, very professional and my son loves his new wifi enabled perfectly installed AC.
I live in a high-rise in center City Philadelphia that utilizes through the wall air conditioners. Jarman came highly recommended for quality of the Friedrich air conditioners and the overall professional installation and maintenance services provided. My experience was great. They provided timely estimates, kept appointments, showed extreme care and protection of my home when completing work. They may be a hair more expensive but are definitely worth it! I would recommend Jarman sales and services.
I called Jarman to replace a wall unit in my second floor bedroom. Lucky for me they sent Mike and Ron. Where to start ?? They knew exactly. What to do and HOW to do it. Excellent service and very responsive
I searched for a few years to locate a company that would replace my in wall air conditioners. I found this company online and decided to give them a call. They were responsive and prompt. They came and gave me an estimate to remove 2 old air conditioners and install new ones. I did my research on the brand of air conditioner they were going to install. On the day of installation they called before arriving. They were professional and protected my carpets with drop down cloths during the entire process. They were careful not to damage or drop the old air conditioner while removing them. Let me say the old air conditioners were heavy and old. The new air conditioners are installed. I am happy to report that I would recommend the services they provided. I have 2 new air conditioners and will call them back for a third installation. I look for perfection in work and quality and these guys did an excellent job. I am very particular and want people who treat your home like their own. Thank you Mike and Ron for doing such a fabulous job.
I recently bought two wndow air conditioners for an old 1860 row house in center city philly. In particular, the tall window casement A/C was not an easy installation. Dealing with Bob, the owner was a pleasure. He was frank in his general recommendations and handled all of the billing-invoicing with great detail. Mike and Rob, who installed the A/C's, are a great team. What makes Jarman special is the quality of their installations and you end up with a good quality-nice looking end result.
