Gas line repair to get my gas turned on and plumbing line unclogged and replaced my water line leak to shower and sink.
Juan and his crew were great! They quoted me a great price for the work, and stuck to it even when the scope of the work changed. They were clean and worked very quickly. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
In late August of 2022 our hot water heater went out. JamCo sent the serviceman to our home and he wasn't there 5 min before leaving and telling us the problem is electrical not the hotwater heater. So, I called OneGurard home warranty again to schedule an electrician- 1 week later (family with 3 kids and NO hot water) the electrician came out and told my husband- the problem is not electrical its the water heater. Jamco then waited an ADDITIONAL 4 days to come and properly fix the problem after 2+ weeks with NO hot water in our home due to their misdiagnosis. The customer service with the secretary answering phones was awful. She had no sense of urgency to get someone back out to our home after the misdiagnosis. OneGuard home warranty was no help with offering another plumber to fix the problem. It was a terrible experience and my family had to rent a hotel over the Labor Day holidays due to weeks of waiting for hot water!!
Quick service, reasonable prices
Juan and his team have done multiple jobs for our family household and a business property. I do not know what the dynamic that has changed but we were left to fix our last install ourselves (including capping a water valve cover installed in 2021), simply calling the manufacturer and reading the instructions resolved our issues. Juan, specifically, and his professionalism have declined from when we first used him in 2017. Sad to see another Amarillo business take advantage of people that want to use local.
I have used Juan twice and both times he has found my issue quickly and resolved it same day. Would definitely recommend JAMco.
We opened a restaurant, all plumbing work from alley connection through building faucet, was done by them. We have been open for more than 3 years and we have not had any problems with anything everything runs as it should

Have used Jamco (Juan) twice in the last year. Shower valve and pressure reducing valve. Excellent work, definitely will use Juan again. Highly recommend.

Basically blew me off and never showed up at the time that they said they were going to. Would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Jamco Plumbing made an appointment with us for today at 8:30am. Never showed up. Called, no answer. Sent a text, they called and said it was the following day. Even though she told both my husband and I 8/9 at 8:30 in the morning. What a joke.
We have had them out a few times in the last year and once again the other day they saved the day, thank you so much!!
JamCo handled a home warranty claim on my water heater. It was a huge mess thanks to the warranty company but JamCo worked so hard to get me a new hot water heater and even helped me work with the warranty company. They're amazing and my new favorite plumber in Amarillo. I will totally be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
Professional, prompt service! We had to have pipes replaced under our home. Jamco did a great job getting us back in working condition.
