As it turned out I didn't get service because they were already busy with cold conditions but was given an recomindition. I called the company and everything worked out great. It really does pay off to stay in the home town where one can TRUST the service and the cost of the work.

Showed up promptly at appointment time, diagnosed and got the air-conditioning unit up and running, and their charge for service was very reasonable. Very pleased all around!

Jaenke is the best! Flo is amazing! They are extremely prompt, professional, and the guys do an amazing and thorough job every time. I can’t rave about them enough. I am moving soon, and won’t even think about using anyone else but Jaenke. They are down to earth, honest, and don’t try to gouge you. I highly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.

We've been with Jaenke Heating & A.C. for a while now and I'm still blown away by how much they actually care. We tried other services (do not for the sake of everything holy go to Tiger unless you want to be eaten alive) and we either got bully sales tactics of felt like we got screwed by the costs. I'm not a moron I understand overhead of a business but I also catch when someone is trying to screw me. Flo and everyone that I've come in contact with has been over the moon accommodating, the techs have even taken the time to explain things to me, shown me how to clean and maintain the units. They helped me feel like I was apart of the process and solution for the next time. Flo has always been super nice about stuff and has never treated us poorly. I honestly can't say enough nice things about these people.
I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Flo was very accommodating with my schedule when setting up the appointment for the work to begin. The installers were prompt, very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The house was kept clean at all times. All trash and old equipment was removed. The quality of the new equipment and workmanship by the install technicians were excellent. I am a project superintendent for a major commercial construction company in St. Louis. I would highly recommend Jaenke Heating and Cooling. They have a long standing reputation that speaks for itself.
Everybody a Jaenke Heating and Cooling will do everything they can to get your heat or AC going as quickly as possible. Flo in the office is great, and anybody who shows for the work will do only what needs doing, and won't try and soak you for things you don't need.
Jaenke heating and cooling was more then helpful. Our air conditioner went out in 100 degree weather. We had never used them before and the next day they came to get it going for us until we could figure out what we needed. They were so helpful we ended up purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner from them. Very nice and professional people to work with, I will recommend them highly.
