My appt was for between 9am-1pm. After receiving a text at noon saying they were running behind. I asked how late will they be. I never got a response. When I called they said they would call me back about a time. I never received a call I called again at 3pm they said they would call me back never got a call. The technician finally showed up at 430pm. Never apologized for the delay. Barely even said a word to me. 30 mins later he told me the job was fixed. When asked what was the issue and what was replaced or fixed so I could inform my husband he told me he isn’t allowed to disclose that info with me. Got on his car and drove away. This company is very unprofessional. The response time is nonexistent along with their customer service skills. I would never recommend this company to a friend or stranger.
We’ve relied on Jacob’s Ladder Heating & Cooling for our HVAC repairs in multiple homes in the area for almost 10 years. Jacob and his techs have always been professional, honest, and reliable with very reasonable pricing. Strongly recommend them!
I use Jacob's Ladder at both my house and a rental house. They're prompt in communicating, they do great work, and their prices are fair. Most recently, Aaron came out to clean our blower wheel motor and install a new smart thermostat. Excellent service.
Aaron has been to my home before. He was there a number of hours . He had to go and replace a motor, but he never gave up.. He is very knowledgeable ,courteous and a pleasure to work with !!
Jacob’s Ladder installed a new A/C unit about 10 years ago for us. We have used them for all of our yearly maintenance and the unit runs like new still. They are prompt, clean, professional, a great small business!

I will get straight to the point. This company tried to charge me more than they should for a pretty simple project. The company I hired did the same thing JL said it would do. The company I hired took less than an hour to fix the problem JL said it would take several hours to complete. JL tried to charge me $793.00 for a job that only cost me $298.00, including the service call fee. Please do your research before hiring Jacobs Ladder for your service needs. S.Davis
