My water heater went out over the long holiday weekend. First thing Tuesday morning I asked for help and explained my situation. Jackson Water Heaters sent their crew with plenty of equipment to work immediately. They did a magnificent job. It had a new water heater and plenty of hot water. The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and easy to deal with. The entire team was also very friendly and experimented with a good work ethic. I will call them in the future if necessary.

I had a couple months of high water bills and couldn't isolate the leak. Called Jackson Water Heaters to take care of the issue largely based on their website. I definitely made the right decision! They took care of the scheduling and had the guys out to see me quickly and efficiently handled the billing. As I know a bit about plumbing and construction, I can tell you the work was done very well and at or above code. I wouldn't hesitate to call this business again, since they absolutely met my expectations.
I received 4 quotes to install a new water heater. The quotes were comparable between one and the other, but I chose Jackson Water Heathers because the man who gave us the quote gave us an excellent description of the services we were looking for. Water heater and install a new one. He then provided detailed information about the water heater itself. Everyone was very professional from the moment I first called during installation. I highly recomend them for their knowledge.
