Overall GREAT service. Josh was very professional and did not try to sell me or say I needed any repairs to make more money. Service was same day and fixed the issue pretty fast.
Jack Frost. Proper name. When the technician finished, there was nothing but cold air in my home. Response was the same day. Diagnosed and rectified in short order. Many thanks. This is the 2nd time Jack Frost has completed work for us. In February 3 returns were added. That also was/is great.
They responded to my email very promptly, with reasonable prices. The technician we had was Josh, he was very helpful talking my husband through how to care for our ac system to maximize efficiency. He was very professional and knowledgeable, didn't try to upset us but was straightforward with us about our system and it's needs. 100% would recommend giving them a call.

Jack frost is the best a/c contractor I’ve dealt with very honest and the prices honestly are excellent much better than waychoff they are extremely fast and reliable i called for emergency ac issue at 5:30 they arrived literally not even 30 mins later ran all there test and figured out what the issue was with all the information I gave them if your having a/c issues JACK FROST IS THE ONE TO CALL PLUS THE NAME IS THE BEST NAME ALSO WHO WOULDNT WANT JACK FROST TO FIX THERE AC ??? I have a close friend recommend this company to me and I have had some very bad experiences with previous contractors in this trade profession before but, I needed some work done and I am very happy that I was referred to Eric. Knowledgeable and Honest. Excellent service.
The Jack Frost team was timely and hard working. Completed all work in just a few hours, but more importantly, done correctly. Had the most reasonable service call, and installed the equipment with the fairest price after calling around. Also needed new wires to the breaker box and was able to recommend an electrician whom also had excellent service and praise for the work Jack Frost does. They scheduled the inspection, which lasted all but a few minutes. The city inspector said, "My job is easy when the company installs it right." Happy is an understatement. I am blessed they were recommended to me, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks about needing HVAC service. They will be the only ones I call for service in the future.

As soon as we called with our AC issues he was immediately on his way and arrived within 20 minutes. Our home's AC had went out and it was 83 degrees with 3 small children. He was very professional and friendly and handled the repairs immediately on site. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future for all of our hvac needs!
5 Star Service. The Service Tech arrived in his mask was extremely polite and also removed his shoes while transiting my house! He was informative and encouraged all questions. He also was honest about future maintenance instead of making up arbitrary things to siphon money! Eric’s diagnostic fee is below everyone in this area not to mention. Excellent service. Eric came out to diagnose our A/C unit. We were having problems with air flow to part of our home. Fearing the worst we knew after dealing with other A/C companies that it was going to be expensive. Within an hour he worked his magic and we had a working A/C unit for less than most service calls. Very professional and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.
Never had better service and costs were very decent. Nice people to work with. Goes above and beyond in helping you when you need work done.
Eric and Jeff were very friendly and good team work in getting the job done. They would answer any concerns I had. I really appreciate them and would refer them to friends.
Eric kept in contact with me and quickly diagnosed my issue. He had the part and installed it the next day. He has a one year warranty on his installation and I am satisfied with this company. I can’t say that for a few other companies I dealt with. If you find yourself with ac problems, call Eric and he will get your ac working before you know it. His prices were very affordable and DID NOT stretch my budget when he replaced my evaporator coil (only one year old btw) .
