This guy is very rude. We had an appointment set up for 10:30am, so I called to see if he was coming or what's going on at 11:30am..an hour later. So this rude disrespectful plumber decided to scream at me on the phone..."What the hell do you want?" Just from experience and being in the construction field for over 30 years, no one should ever be talked to like a pc. of sh** . People beware, don't waste your time and money on this terrible business man. He treats his workers and customers like garbage, and leaves a mess behind. I wish there was a rating for negative-100 stars. This is not my first bad experience with him, last winter I was left with no heat the week of Christmas because he couldn't finish the job in one day and does not care if he leaves you hanging. He and all of his helpers all ask to use your bathroom and leave a mess which was gross. I had 3 children in the house and my wife ...yes Jack Conrad you are the worst plumber and business man in the Leigh valley.
