Our A/C unit went out at our home and we had a Home Warranty by Choice and this happened on the 16th of July, they sent a tech out 4 days later and siad it was the compressor. They had us waiting for 16 days w/o air in 90 degreee tempertures, so we decided to call J & W for service and Mr. Jerry came that same day and discovered a capacity was the issue and NOW we have Air again, Praise God for Mr. Jerry responding so promptly. An exceptional gentleman Mr. Jerry, and he has a great sense of humor! Thanks again for your great service!! Super 5-Stars!!!

Can't say enough about how excellent these guys are. Could've tried to take advantage of us, try to sell us a new unit, or a bunch of expensive repairs, and all the hassle you get with other companies. But they were honest, fast, fixed the problem, and a very fair price.
They were very prompt. My mother was bedbound and I'll in the summer when her air went out. They had to order a part which took a couple of days so the day they I called they brought out and installed a window unit which kept mom comfortable until repairs could be done. Just recently had to call them back when heat stopped working. They were honest and said it was a simple problem with the pipe removing condensation having froze over. I appreciate and would highly recommend their business to anyone needing work done.
J&W Services is the best HVAC company in this area!! We have been customers of them for almost 10 years. They nursed our old HVAC system along for years until we needed a new system installed!! My situation was unique because I live out of state and needed to have my mother’s AC unit replaced. J&W worked with me by phone and email to access the need and complete the project. I found them to be honest, prompt, friendly, and professional. Aside from a very fair and affordable price, my mother was well satisfied with unit and the professionalism of the installation process. Having someone do work for me is one thing. Having them do work for my mother is quite another. I could not have made a better choice than J&W Service. They have earned my trust and my highest possible recommendation!

I learned of J&W Service from a neighbor who recommended them. I just had a HVAC company to tell me that I needed to buy a whole new furnace after I had them to look at my problem. On an instinct, I called J&W to take a look at it and they told me that they thought it could be fixed. The furnace in question had been discontinued and the part involved was hard to find but they found it, and saved me a ton of money in the process. I have never looked at any other HVAC company since. When you find guys who are good and who are honest, you stick with them.
This company is honest and quick! They had us up and running in less than 20 mins after they arrived. They came out on a Saturday with an already busy schedule on there hands. Thank you guys so much!

Great people, I would highly recommend them. Out of all the places I called they were the most economical and they actually listened to what I wanted for my home.
My heat pump went out on my AC Jerry came out on a Saturday at 5 pm to check my unit. He determined the problem and sent someone out Monday morning and they had it repair promptly this isn’t the first time I have dealt with Jerry the owner of J&W they do excellent work, a good company to do busy with if you have AC problems
