Explained the problem and the costs clearly and did good work.

Jerone was a wonderful technician. Very professional, very knowledgeable, knows exactly how to fix problems. He also point out issues that needs to be fix in the near future like damage gas pipes, filter etc. I love this company and their services. Today is the coldest day of the year, my heat stop working, I called about 20 places trying to get someone out here but no response, they are close or they don’t have enough staff. This company J W HVAC/R came 30 min after calling them, they had every thing possible to fix what was broken, they have the man power and they are very efficient.
Jerone did a great job fixing my boiler. I woke up to no heat & hot water on a Sunday and he arrived within the hour. Very thankful for his quick availability and efficient work resolving the problem. I’ll definitely be calling him for both my AC & Heating Maintenance. Prices are fair and quality work!
After getting fed up with the high prices of the big local companies, I found Jerome a couple years ago and couldn’t be happier. He is sharp at diagnosing HVAC issues (he successfully solved an issue two other HVAC techs couldn’t), extremely professional, and reasonably priced.
Jerone does good work. However, his fees are astronomical. He charged us $300 labor for a job that took him about 1/2 hour and $150 extra to diagnose the problem which took him an extra 5 minutes. Good work, huge profit.
Excellent experience. The failure in the furnace (which other companies failed to do anything about without a service contracts) was quickly and meticulously fixed at a reasonable price (it was an emergency). The technician took extra care to check the whole system, even in parts that were not related to the issue. Excellent job and highly recommended.
Jerome fixed my central AC and was great to work with. He was informative, professional and prompt. Also his service was very fairly priced. I'm very glad I found him!

I called this morning for AC HVAC repair and they came on time. Jerone was fast and efficient. The price was good for what was needed to be done. I will use them again in the future for any unusual HVAC problems as well as general maintenance services. I highly recommend this company.
Jerone is fantastic. Responsive, dependable, and very good at explaining what exactly is wrong, and what he will do to fix the problem. He is incredibly honest, his prices are fair, and his invoicing is very clear. I really respect Jerone and the work that he does, and he is the first person I will call or text for any HVA/C issues at my house. He is trustworthy and professional. My furnace decide to stop working on New Years Eve. I called a few companies, but nobody answered. I tried JW HVAC and he was at my house within a hour. He found the problem and fixed it and I couldnt be happier. Very professional and price was very reasonable. I found my new HVAC guy. I highly recommend Jerone.
