Rick from JScott is very kind, professional, honest and trustworthy. You can tell that he cares about his customers. He just replaced my AC unit at a very reasonable price and I couldn't be happier. I have used this company 3 times and will continue to do so. I highly recommend!!!
Just wanted to thank Rick from J Scott A/C for the quick response to my a/c issue’s during the last two weeks of June( blower motor under warranty and new thermostat, customer pay).Always very fast response to my needs. He has installed both of my air conditioners over the last 5 years and I hope to continue working on them in the future.
Rick, Eric and Joe are all very professional and are extremely well educated for the industry. Very honest and responsive every time we call. Thumbs up!

Richard (owner) replaced my A/C. He was super fast and was very personable. He was also the best price around. I will always use them from now on.
I used J. Scott to replace my wall mounted evaporative cooler on my shop that had reached the end of its service life. I had contacted at least 15 other hvac companies prior to J. Scott and all of them except 2 refused to give me an estimate as wall mount evaps are difficult to work with. J.Scotts estimate was the best price and I was impressed with their professionalism, quality of workmanship and timely repair. I had been using a different Hvac company for the last 12 years, but they refused to work on my evaporative cooler. I now have a new hvac company in J Scott for my home and I will start using them for my business as well. Quaity work at an honest price.
Rick at J.Scott Refrigeration installed our AC unit 10 years ago. He was available every time I called him with any issues we had with the AC (replacing a capacitor or getting a new motor). The last time was a couple days ago when the AC stopped blowing cool air. In some cases, he didn't even charge us because it was under warranty. Honest man with reasonable prices. I trust him to do the job and provide the best service. I wish I could find people like him in other professions.
We only call Rick at J.Scott Refrigeration for air/heating issues at both of our retail stores. He is honest and fair in his pricing and always gets the job done correctly and quickly. I found J.Scott about 5 years ago and have used him at our house, as well as the businesses. I won't call anyone else! You can trust Rick, which is hard to find elsewhere.

We called around and J Scott was the best price so we went with it hoping it would turn out okay. We are on a budget and were worried because we know how much air fixes cost. We are so happy right now... Richard was the maintenance man who came over. He showed up earlier instead of at the last hour like most. He was very friendly and personal. Just his personality alone made us trust him. He was finished in 45 mins and the price was 1/2 what everyone else was. He said he likes to build a business that customers will come back to, he has 2 customers and I will refer him to anyone that has an A/C problem.
From other A/C companies I was quoted a lo tof money for a repair. I called J. Scott and got a quote over the phone. He came out and was friendly, he explained the job, and performed the work professionally. I saved hundreds of dollars! J.Scott...Thank U!
