I've been a customer for over 15 years. They are very punctual, fast, efficient and expert at service, repair and replacement. We had them service our A/C and furnace annually for years. They performed a few different repairs on our furnace. Over the years, I had them replace the A/C (25 yrs old), furnace (32 years old) and hot water heater (22 years old). I'm still very happy with the purchase, value and quality. Most important, I trust them. They explain the full range of options. They don't recommend unnecessary extras.
J.S.R. is the most reliable heating and cooling business I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. I have been using g their service for over 10 years. They are loyal, honest, and reasonably priced. Their service has kept my family comfortably for many years. They have my highest praise and appreciation.
The best place to call when you need a cleaning or repair
The worst customer service ever. I have called them since 9am every 2hrs to find out when a technician will be coming to fix my air conditioner. The only response is that they can email the tech and have them call me, and they don’t know if or when he will be to my house! At 4:45 I get a call from the tech saying they have me schedule for 12-4 and he is on his way! I tell him I would be back in 20 min (after missing a whole day of work) and he says he can’t wait! Note he is not at my house he is in route! But he can give me an appointment for next week! I will Never use this company ever again!!!!
