Great job highly recommend‼️ been calll you because something going on but you not answering
I bought a house with a broken A/C. It had issues with bad leaks and a bad sealing soldering job from a contractor from the previous owner. My house is so cold now! I'm so glad Abraham was able to fix it in about 3 to 4 hours. The value was amazing. I wasn't billed an arm and leg. Quality is perfect. The job he did is such good quality. He was quick to point out and teach me issues wrong with the unit on the 1st appointment. On the follow-up appointment when I had the money, he was extremely responsive, on time, and professional. I really recommend him to everyone in the Greater Chicago Area. Bless Him. -Alice M.

Abraham came to my home very professional, concerned, and very knowledgeable in take time and proud doing his job did not rush he made sure before he left my home my furnace was working properly he even text me to make sure everything was okay, and I will recommend this company a100% Excellent 👍
Abraham was extremely professional. He came in and diagnosed my issue with my boiler not keeping up with the temperature (turned out the setting just needed to be adjusted) and educated me on how to manage the system when it was very cold. Was in and out in half an hour, and on Christmas Eve! Great service, will call again if needed.
Woke up this morning to a cold house I called AHS and they had to expedite my service due to weather being 20 degrees. As they were looking for a tech they assigned J&S for my service. Once Abraham arrived it took him maybe like 5 mins if that to determine the issue. He explained my situation and was very professional in doing so. From my experience I would highly recommend J&S. Very Glad I found this Man ( Ibrahim) years ago for the fact that he is very responsible, On time and never late and most importantly that he is very responsible and very knowledgeable . Last winter my Heat in my business stopped working on Sunday later on of the day so I called him to ask him to come on the following day ( Monday ) so I made the call and as I started telling him the problem he told me that he will come by right away and he did . The temperature was -10 F and was on the roof for over 2 hours , he fixed the problem without talking advantage of my situation which made him on over 5 star rating . I definitely recommend.
So helpful and professional. I called with a heating HVAC problem and they were able to come out same day and fix my problem promptly. The service man was the most knowledgeable that I have had and was able to tell me what was wrong right away and had parts on hand in the truck. Would highly recommend.
Sent by my home warranty company, Abraham had come out to diagnose an issue with my boiler. I was unable to be present because I had to work so I sent my mother to meet him. When he arrived, he interrogated my mother about my policy. He proceeded to tell her that I have a new policy and made a decision that the boiler had a preexisting failure based off the timeframe of my policy and not because of the current issue of the boiler. He stayed for 4-5 minutes, but 3 of those minutes were asking my mother about my policy instead of diagnosing the problem of the boiler. I called the home warranty company, and asked what is wrong with the boiler. The representative from the warranty company stated she was still waiting on the report from Abraham (the contractor), then she can tell me about my next move. Next, I called Abraham, and asked what was wrong with the boiler. He was very brief and said he turned the report in and it takes 24 hours. I called the warranty company after 24 hours and another representative stated she was waiting on the report. I told her that he said he sent it last night, so she called him while I wait on the other line. When she clicked back over, she stated he is sending it now and I will hear something soon. I asked her why did he lie to me about sending the report. When he sent the report, he had written that I had a preexisting failure, so the warranty company won’t cover the boiler. I was very disappointed that he would do that, so I reached out to him. He did not respond. After he sent that false report, he stop responding. He was not a honest man.
