I had ARS out to look at both systems and they told me that we either need to replace both coils or the entire systems. They quoted out both options and pushed for the $24,000 full systems replacement (ARS had out the systems in 10yrs ago). I decided to get a second opinions from Robertson HVAC. Marcus concluded that the replacing the coila would be the best way to go, and confirmed that they were covered under warranty. He ordered the replacement coils and spend the entire day installing them, charging our systems, and installing a small return in our daughters bedroom to help the cooling of that space. Marcus did a great job, was very respectful of us and our home, and did everything he promised. Plus he charged me a fair price and didn’t push for more work or money than was needed. I would highly recommend Robertson HVAC.

I had an A/C - Heat System replaced. Marcus was very professional and reliable. He did what he said he was going to do and when he was going to do it. Never had a problem getting in touch with him. We had some problems with the manufactured part of the system and had to have Marcus come out to repair the heating system. He came out in a reasonable time and had to replace some parts. Got the system working correctly. Would highly recommend him. J Felix-Carey
