My HVAC unexpectedly started leaking on a Sunday during an unbearable heatwave. I worried I wouldn't get an appointment for at least a week. John was swamped w/calls but as promised, got to me on Tues afternoon. His team was incredibly polite and John explained the repair as he worked. The problem was resolved quickly and John answered all my questions before leaving. I highly recommend J&R Cooling and Heating.
The custom service at J&R is second to none! They are on time and professional with what they do and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of A/C repairs. Best in the business!
