I called about a discontinued LG mini-split HVAC system. The man on the phone instantly knew compatibility issues that other companies were uncertain of and walked me through possible options. Five minutes after getting off the phone, he called me back to share that he'd tracked down a compatible product I never would have found (on eBay of all places) and sent me the listing. Amazing customer service!
I highly recommend the services of J&J Regreration. Within three days after contacting them they provided HVAC replacement options and had a new system installed and operating for my home. The owner (James) was very responsive and professional in discussing replacement equipment options and providing pricing. The installers (Zack and Dan) were very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. J&J Refrigeration made the whole project very stress free and provided the least expensive and quickest replacement of the vendors I contacted.
These guys are the BEST! They worked us in quickly and showed up on time. They fixed our mini- split unit in one hour flat with a very reasonable rate. After getting the run around from two other companies, I will never call anyone but J&J again.
J&J was a great choice! They responded immediately when I contacted them, and I felt that the tech took his time making sure he examined every concern we had. He was able to tell us exactly why our house doesn't get cool enough! He did not rush and gave such great suggestions and solutions to our problems. In addition, he was just very friendly and nice. I totally forgot his name. However, everyone I spoke to with this company was great!
J&J were about the 5th group I had in there trying to solve my AC problem: Nothing appeared "wrong", just didn't cool the house down. Nobody had any suggestions, other than a $10,000 upgrade to the whole system. James suggested adding one fat duct going to the living room, Chance installed it, and now my living room is nice and cool. No upsell, just solving the problem. I happily recommend these people to anyone.

J & J did a great job at installing my new replacement AC unit. They kept me in the loop during the whole process and were very thorough in making sure the replacement was a good match. The LG system I chose is amazing and J&J are platinum dealers of that brand. I recommend them if you are looking for a good company to do business with.

J&J Refrdgeration was very responsive beginning with my first call. My AC died and I called for an appointment to diagnose and discuss my options. The tech was punctual and respectful. After diagnosis I was given options. I chose to replace my old system. I was able to schedule a convenient appointment for my needs. The tech's were punctial, respective of my property and pets. They did a great job. I was worried about my pets but, the tech's were cautious and I even found them petting my nosey cat. I will be calling for my annual services.

I have used J&J for three systems now. In all three cases, they did complete reinstalls inside and out and even some duct work on one of them. They are honest about the best brands to get for your needs and the installations are very professional. I have also found their pricing to be a little better than the competition. Highly recommended.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly! They clearly explained what was needed to get our air conditioning system in great working shape as we head into Florida summer days. The work was done the same day and FAST! They truly provided top notch customer service and went above and beyond when they identified areas where the original AC company took a short cut. The crew left the area cleaner than they found it! J & J is my 1st Choice for AC services and we will be recommending them to anyone that needs an AC company! A+
I had an issue with my AC unit not blowing air inside the house. Bill came over to fix the issue. He was polite and seemed like a good person. They were able to get my part on warranty which saved me alot. I will absolutely use J&J again
