My furnace heater motor was not working. So I contacted this company, and they told me they had the motor in stock since it was December 24th, Saturday, and all the warehouses were closed. As his installer was in the area until 5:00, we negotiated a price of 700 USD cash. I said I would call you in five minutes and confirm with you. When I called him, he did not answer my phone. I texted him several times, but he did not receive my call. As soon as I called from my brother's phone, he answered the call and said Oh yeah, my guy is not in the area. He also said I would charge you 85 dollars more. I was shocked that this guy tried to take advantage of me as I desperately needed the motor. As a result, I declined his offer since I was very disappointed with the service and how he overcharged me after agreeing to the price and not answering my phone calls, and blamed me for the delay. As my house got colder, I headed to Menards and purchased a big pile of heather. The guy wasted my time, and I could not contact another company. Afterward, the man called me and said that my guys were mistakenly sent to your home and that I could do it for 700 dollars. The motor was installed, and everything worked well. I had no choice but to agree, so I did so. They did the job, and the guy was good. However, the only problem was that they overcharged me, and when I agreed to the price, they did not receive my phone call. Instead, they received it when I called from my brother's phone and increased the price. It was unfair that you reap some of the benefits when they most needed you.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of June, after working with two other companies Josh was the only one who was reasonably priced and responsive! He is very honest and knows what he’s talking about. I found my go to!
A/C was not working Josh showed up about an hour after I called . Replaced our A/C system, very reasonable pricing highly recommend.
I can always call Josh and he is always here within an hour or so. I trust his word on what's wrong. Always affordable. Hes fast. He has worked on my furnace when its winter and my air in the summer, so he is fantastic for whatever your needs are.
Josh and his team were professional, thorough, and trustworthy. They did a fantastic job installing the AC and central air into our house. He even recommended an electrician to help us with some of the electrical work that needed prepped before the install. I will not be using any other company for my heating and cooling needs. Incredible work!!!

Josh and his team were amazing! Called in a Sunday and explained the problem. Josh knew what the issue was right away and what the cost would be. Our furnace was 30 years old and we opted to replace the whole thing. J.J.R. was out the next day. Very professional and polite. Explained the whole process to us and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

I called JJR to see if they had any appointments available ASAP because I had no heat coming out of my vents. Josh, the owner, came out within hours to check out my furnace. He was able to make the necessary repairs and get my heat going. JJR also doesn't charge a service fee.

Josh the service guy showed up when he said they would be. Scheduled a install on my furnace the same day installers and service guy was very professional prompt and fast with quality
In the Summer my air went out, they came within a few hours and fixed my ac. My heat stopped working and I called they were there in a few hours fixed my heat in fast time and didn't try to sell me things I don't need or overcharge.
After a cold night Josh had his team came out to check our my heating issue after contacting him first thing in the morning. Early afternoon the tech came to look at our boiler. He got the job done quickly and my home is nice and toasty again. He's also come to help with my AC issues as well. Very professional, honest and cost effective. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you JJR heating!

After getting an estimate for a new furnace and installation from a large chain company that we deemed ridiculously high, we then called JJR Heating and Cooling for another estimate. Their response and visit to our house were extremely quick. We went ahead with them and experienced great value, great and timely installation work, all employees were professional and on time, excellent customer service. Had one question 2 weeks after and they again came back out promptly to check over unit to ensure all was good (which it was.) We will continue to be their customer in the future and recommend their business based on our positive experience.
