This place is a joke, don’t waste your time. During the winter they repaired my heating unit but did not finish the job. They claimed that as soon as they received a replacement part they would come back and finish the job. It has been 6 months and no follow-up. A couple days ago I called to follow-up on the heating and request service for my A/C unit. They said someone would be here the following day between 9am and 1pm. At 3pm they called me to say they were running late and someone would be here at 4pm. At 4pm they called again and said they would have to reschedule for the following morning and someone would be here at 10am. At 10am I called and the technician said he was running late and would be here soon. He showed up at 11 and left after 10 minutes claiming that he had left an expensive tool at his previous job and he had to go back to get his tool. 10 minutes later I received a call from their customer service asking me if I was sick! She said the technician did not feel comfortable coming back. I assumed this happened because I wasn’t wearing a mask at my own home. I strongly suggest you look for service somewhere else. There are many reputable heating and cooling services in the St. Louis area.

HE SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR AND HE GOT THE AIR GOING WITHIN 15MIN OF HIS SERVICE. AND THE PRISES WERE REASONABLE.
