The guys who installed my furnace and thermostat were fantastic. My furnace is working 100%! Keeping me nice and warm. I've been worried my old system would quit working on a freezing day and that my water pipes would freeze and burst. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore! JD VIGIL, Thank u for installing my new furnace and thermostat! And thank u for showing me how to work both! The installers were very knowledgeable and professional! I can't remember their names but they were the BEST!!! The gentleman who came out and diagnosed my furnace problems explained everything to me and recommended my furnace be replaced after doing very thorough inspection. He was also awesome , very knowledgeable and professional! I would definitely use JD VIGIL again and I recommend them to everyone!

Furnace started acting up, starting then stopping. Called JD Vigil and to my surprise they sent someone over within 30 minutes. Fix was easy and the technician even checked and explained more for my edification. Even took out a maintenance agreement with them.
These guys dont even tey to fix your stuff, they guy the sent wasnt licensed and just stared at it. When i asked him to at least try and read the voltage coming to the unit in he wouldnt and he had a multimeter! I dont even think he knows how to use it! This company will send a salesman, not a technician. I am a licensed master plumber and i will at least try and diagnose something before i stare at it for 5 mins and say it needs replaced. I asked will or bill if they had someone licensed or more knowledgeable and and he said they are all certified. Certifications take weeks, licenses take years to obtain. Unless you flat out want a new unit, do NOT call this company.

Bill came out to look at my furnace around 7:30 in the morning itwasn't turning on he explained what was wrong and helped me out in financing it. Thank you for all of your information on what to do.
