The comments says it all! This company was referred to me by my son in law. The owner Jon is reliable and trustworthy. He genuinely cares more about the customer than the money and has proven that with his prompt response and service to our home. It’s Always a relief to me and my wife whenever we find honest and reliable companies to service our home. This is most definitely a company that we’ll continue to use for our future AC needs.
I called several companies, including the company that installed my AC unit and no one would help me with the condensate flooding I was having. I called J &J and Jerry answered, told me he could come the next day, then called me a bit later to say he would come by on his way home at 6pm. Jerry was so nice and helpful and taught me a few things while he was here. As a single lady and first time homeowner, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to come help me. Thank you Jerry, I’ll be calling you for maintenance and for hot water heater replacement soon!

He has earned our business for life by being on time, providing exceptional communication, and approaching all issues looking for a pinpoint answer. After getting a $1,600 quote from a technician at a larger company, Jon Morgan came and diagnosed my AC issues within 15 minutes. Then repaired the problem at the extremely affordable rock-bottom price of $65. Jon is one of the most honest, ethical, straight shooters you'll find in the HVAC industry. If you're looking for a highly-skilled and experienced technician/business owner who's not going to try and upsell you on unnecessary "repairs" (or a whole new heat pump) you don't need, contact him. He's a nice guy, customer-service friendly and most importantly ... has some of the lowest rates in Phoenix metro --- if not the lowest!

The big companies said to watch out for the little guy ! I say watch out for the big guys prices ! " Right, Parker & Sons ?" Just to mention one. I can speak from experience, and say that there are still small companies that provide a bang for the buck. "Jon and his team were awesome 👍" Their price was very fair, they were fast, they were professional, they were friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and satisfied. I can't thank them enough for making our business transaction together a smooth one, especially since we recently had major stress and drama getting our LG Refrigerator fixed through LG Warranty Dept.. John is the BOMB! He helped me out when I was getting jerked around by a home warranty company and their vendor. He replaced my a/c unit and we could not be happier. Honest, quality work, very quick to act, more than fair in $$$.

Found Jon this past summer when I had water pouring down my roof from our AC Unit, I called expecting him to say next day because it was after 5:00, he was in Apache Junction & we live in mid Phx. He said he would be there in a hour. He took care of the problem within minutes. He is now in the process of fixing our Heater & I have never met a more nicer & professional person. No BS or sales pitches & very reasonable in $$, I will never use any one else. Thanks Jon !!!
