Izzy’s put in a new a/c unit two yrs. ago. One yr. later it needed more coolant and then It worked fine all summer. This yr.again it wasn’t cooling properly and Izzy’s came out the very next day after I called. The technician worked on it again and he found and fixed the leak. THE BEST PART is they did all this without any additional charges as I was promised when they put in the unit. Izzy kept his promise PLUS showed up immediately when he was notified of a problem. How refreshing to deal with a business that can be relied on to do what they promise. By the way, Apollo was the technician that came out this last time. I highly recommend him to handle your concerns . He is pleasant and professional with a big smile.
I got a quote from Izzy’s that included a $1500 flat fee for “leak search” AND 5 hours of labor at $180/hr ($900 total), to fix the leak, bringing the total proposal to over $3000. Luckily I chose to call another place and they completed the entire job promptly and professionally for the price that Izzy’s quoted me for just the labor alone. Shop around when it comes to HVAC work because Izzy’s total quote was over 3x more than what the other company charged me for the same job.
Diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, did a couple of things the previous company neglected to do. Cleaned the unit. I'm very impressed!

I've used Izzy's Service for both my Heating System Repair and more recently my A/C Repair. Both times I've received nothing but the kindest, most professional support while getting straight to the source of the problem, with a timely fix. Each technicians approach has been extremely welcoming and a breath of fresh air in a world where other HVAC companies try to take advantage of you. It's safe to say I will be returning to Izzy's Service, if and when required in the future.
The technicians are very personable and friendly. They are honest and up front and can get you back up and running in no time. I'm glad we got a second opinion from them. Will be using them from here on out.
I have had several quotes from various companies in the area and most left me feeling pressured and discouraged. Izzy was so kind, honest, and educated. Also fair pricing with NO PRESSURE. I feel great about choosing them for my future HVAC needs. I will post an update when our system is installed.
After 5 quotes from other companies our Son recommended Izzy’s Sevice! While talking with Israel we knew we had found the company!! The price for our Ductless system was great, the service was perfect! Even their office replied to my MANY questions very patiently and thoroughly! They also do venting and helped us get our gas valves ready for appliance hookup! Like I said above their prices are very competitive BUT even more importantly this is a company with integrity and you can’t say that about many companies!
Lost heat in my house and was lucky to have had Izzy's Service's available to pick up my work order that was placed through my home warranty. (I will be using Izzy's Service over my home warranty with any HVAC/Heating System going forward). They were genuine, good natured, and just wanted to make sure the repair was done right, which is extremely hard to come by. Price was very fair and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. If you're looking for high quality work, good people, and fair price, Izzy's is the right service for you.
