Upstairs air not working at all! Called Ivan and he had a few suggestion to see if service was really needed and when we decided it was he agreed to a Sunday emergency service. He was prompt and courteous, answered all my questions, and was reasonably price for a Sunday call. We will certainly be calling It’s Phenomenal when needed.
AC condenser at my new house conked out day 1. So the kids were sleeping in 85 degree temps in their new rooms. Not ideal. I called Ivan at 8 am on a Sunday. (!) He arrived at 2:45 pm, diagnosed and fixed a minor electrical issue and we were pumping cold air by 3:15. Great service.
I’ve used It’s Phenomenal Air Heating and Cooling several times. Ivan is always prompt and comprehensive in his service. He replaced a failing Heat Pump a year ago, and it’s been working great ever since. Today, I contacted him for what I thought was a larger issue. He fixed it within 5 minutes, and didn’t me for the visit. Great customer service. I highly recommend.
Phenomenal Air Heating & Cooling and Ivan did an amazing job disconnecting and reconnecting my A/C units to accommodate a new deck installation. Ivan was responsive, on-time, and did the work with very little notice. This is an amazing company and the only one that I use for HVAC work. They're PHENOMENAL!

I’ve used Mr Ivan’s services twice now—first on Christmas Day when we woke up without heat and this weekend when our AC broke. Both times he was communicative, punctual and solved our heat/AC issues quickly. Will continue to use them in the future. Thank you again for taking care of us!
Ivan was awesome, on time, and honest. He kindly explained to me what my issues could be and ultimately diagnosed and fixed the issues within an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable, I felt confident in what he was explaining and doing. I absolutely would recommend this company. Also I called and was able to have Ivan come out the same day!

The best HVAC service I’ve experienced ever. I have a tech come out every year for one reason or another and I have never used the same company repeatedly. I either feel taken advantage of or lost but Ivan walked me through the whole process. When I called, I thought I knew exactly what the issue was but Ivan still went through his whole process and I’m so glad he did because I was so wrong! Also, the phone agent was so pleasant. When I called the number listed on Google, the voicemail sounded like a personal number so I hung up and kept looking through HVAC companies on Google. But, they called me back and I am sooo glad they did! I called on Monday and Ivan came today, Wednesday. My issue was resolved. Thank you both!
Realized this morning that our house was freezing. Called Ivan and had an appointment scheduled right away. He arrived early and followed all COVID protocols. His prices for a Saturday call were very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and call them for any HVAC issue. (This was my 2nd experience with Ivan and both were exceptional).

Great company, would recommend. Ivan Pridgeon worked on my house. The ac control board died one day during the summer, so nothing worked. He put some electronic doodad in there temporarily so my ac would work while we waited for parts. I sourced my own new board on Amazon (~$100), and had Ivan install it in a follow-up appointment for a small reasonable fee.
What great experience. I left a message on Sunday morning and Ivan called back within 1/2 hour and schedule a visit same day. Was super helpful and reasonable price and got our air conditioning working on the hottest day of the year. He gets a big thumbs up 👍
Had another company come out multiple times without finding the problem. Its Phenomenal figured out the issue in under a minute and we had cold about a half hour later. Also they came the same day that I called w/ no rush charge. This is a great company.
I had 3 companies give me an estimate for a complete hvac replacement at my property in Baltimore. I didn’t just go with Ivan and his company because of price but because he seemed like a genuine person that was there to help and not just make a sale. I got that and more with the job he did. They went above and beyond to complete the difficult job when unexpected problems popped up. Down the rode I actually contacted him with a problem at my personal house outside of Baltimore and again he was willing to help out with the situation. I cannot recommend enough and feel very assured if anything goes wrong I have the right company to call now.
When my A/C started blowing hot air, I knew I needed to find a fix before the next heat wave. I'm so glad I went with Phenomenal Air! They were very responsive to my initial scheduling request and arrived punctually. As it turns out, I had some seriously wonky electrical wiring to my furnace, but they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I would definitely call Ivan again when I need any HVAC work done. Highly recommended!
Save yourself time and money and just contact Phenomenal! I went through 3 HVAC companies and none of them could fix the issue. Phenomenal came, diagnosed and fixed. Their number is saved in my phone, but I haven't had to contact them again!
