Would absolutely recommend ITB! They installed two units in our office and helped coordinate with the electrician and roofer. Isaac was very thorough and knowledgeable, and helped us decide what we really needed. They are easy to work with and very flexible!

The best HVAC specialist. You would do a disservice to yourself by going anywhere else. You would miss out on the clear capability, professionalism, and detail oriented work that is provided by this company. Beyond a high recommendation they are fair, honest, hard working, responsive, talented, and highly qualified. This is work you can trust for decades. That kind of peace of mind is hard to come by, especially in these industries. Hire them. Stop reading this review and hire them.
I purchased my property a couple of years ago, the existing HVAC system was old and not working at all. ITB installed a new HVAC system.... pricing was good along with craftmanship and very pleasant to work with! Highly recommended!!!
Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment. Isaac arrived on time. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained step by step everything he did to get the unit to work properly.
I contacted Itb after an another company quoted me an exorbitant price for a compressor repair. Isaac was the technician, he was professional, knowledgeable , detailed, polite, took time to explain the problem and ways to resolve it. I would highly recommend this company, as they are reliable and cost effective.

After contacting ITB I was given an accurate diagnosis of my situation. I had many questions in which they were glad to take the time answer and help me make a clear decision with full understanding. The day came for my installation and they were very professional took care of everything and left my home clean and more importantly cool. I would highly recommend them with no problem. Very friendly, professional and will care for your home as if it was theirs.

ITB has taken care of our home the last several years including maintenance on an old system, a new system install, addressing issues that have come up with another old system (we have two systems). Isaac is professional, is careful to keep the house clean as he's going from outdoors to indoors, and responsive to our requests. Isaac does his work with excellence and has integrity at every step of the process. I'm grateful to have someone I can trust!

This company is great. They quickly came out and diagnosed the problem. They constantly called the home warranty company to facilitate the repairs. Once the parts arrived they quickly installed them. The repair person, Isaac, was exceedingly knowledgeable and highly professional.
Excellent service at an affordable price. A new water heater was installed, maintance on HVAC, and a plumbing problem were all taken care of in a few hours!
Isaac and Tim did an excellent job replacing our heat pump, air handler, and thermostat. They were professional, took the time to explain the process and answer questions, and they did the entire job in one business day. I would highly recommend the ITB team to anyone needing HVAC service!
