Igor and the I.T. team provided fantastic customer service, immediate response time (appointment was scheduled within 24 hours), and expertly solved my Air Conditioner repair problem. Everything was diagnosed clearly and the repairs were expertly handled and wrapped up quickly with no extra drama or hassle. Highly recommended!
Igor was sent to see what was wrong with air conditioner from Fidelity Home warranty. Very knowledgeable and diagnosed problem right away. Had to order part and it will be installed in a couple days. I am very pleased with him and will call him for regular maintenence

IT Heating and Cooling is run by caring, experienced people. They have been at my home numerous times to repair various issues and we are always satisfied. They do some work for home warranty companies, so those companies slow down approvals for new parts, but IT does their part and works with those companies. They scheduled an appointment with me quickly, swiftly diagnosed the problem, and properly replaced the compressor when the part arrived. Igor is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and honest.
