Best HVAC service I've experienced, for both repairs and HVAC replacement.
Worst place I have ever been involved with!!! Billy the owner installed a package AC unit on the outside of my home and charged me 4500$ for a 2500$ unit and then didn't install the rain diverter over the top to keep the rain water out of the unit. A certain wire coupling has come apart due to constant rain water 3 times now and cost roughly 150-200$ to fix. I have called multiple, countless times and left voicemails with no response. The first time it broke (after roughly 8 months) I called Billy and asked him about the warranty he told me it came with, and he told me yea its free to replace but it'll be about a month because I have other people lined up....ok... Have had this unit 3 years and it has broken down 3 times...definitely would not recommend this bundle of joy of a company

PROMPT!! Promised me a 7am arrival time and rang my doorbell as rang my doorbell as the 7am SportsCenter theme music came on. Cleared a clogged drain line, serviced inside & outside units and changed filters. All this and didn't leave a mess. Thanks Billy, I'd recommend you guys in a heartbeat!
Billy is awesome. He made sure the drain line was clear of any clogs. He’s smart, polite and professional. This is the guy you want to call when you ac system needs repair.

GREAT Heating and AC company After being ripped off by AC Designs, I have found a great htg/AC company. Billy at Island Heating and AC from Neptune Beach is the most honest, and service oriented person in this industry. He came out Saturday night when my compressor broke. Within 20 min. he was at my house after my phone call. He is so trustworthy and educates you so you give the proper maintenance to your system. And after being ripped off by AC designs, I know that his prices are very fair! He is the owner and has a couple of people who work with him. A friend of mine has a lot of rental properties and she has used him for years and told me about him. I felt honored to write the check to pay him! I cannot say enough.
Billy is the best AC technician in town. We recommend him to all our customers.
