AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Irving was able to come by within 2 hours of calling in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. He also fixed an issue with my drain line that I didn't know was causing a buildup in my unit. He went above and beyond to explain everything he saw and was doing and gave recommendations for future improvements to my overall system. Excellent professionalism, quick response, high quality work. I have already, and will continue to, recommend Irving for any AC issues.

Irving is extremely knowledgeable about his expertise. He is professional, reliable, personable, and very sincere in his approach. He came on Monday for an appointment to check a leak. He explained the whole repair process and cost thoroughly. I made a decision to replace the whole AC Unit instead. He was able to get it and installed on Wednesday. He worked diligently the whole day to get the job completed.He goes above and beyond and doesn’t cut any corners. I am extremely pleased with Irving, his work ethic, and job integrity. I will definitely recommend him and call upon his company if needed in the future.
Oh My Goodness - First of all, he responded to my message within 15 minutes, we set up the appointment and he was a little early which was fantastic. Secondly, he was extremely thorough, kind, professional, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very fair in his pricing. Irving was on time, communicative and knowledgeable. I appreciated how thorough he was in walking me through what he was going to do to my unit, what he found and next steps. This was our first time using Irving the AC Man and his team. They came recommended by a condo building in West Palm Beach. They are professional and know how to deal with paperwork for permits and the condo mgmt building. Next time our company Azure real estate & property management has an issue with one of our properties in Ft Lauderdale or West Palm Beach Irving will be the one we reach out to.
My Air conditioner has been service by Irving for the past 5 years and he has never failed. Finally got a new Air conditioner with Irving, the temperature drops faster, and I save on my electric bill.
I called Irving around 8 am, and within a few hours he was at my house replacing my AC blower motor. He also charged me over $500 less than I had been quoted by one of the major companies. Within 45 minutes he had our AC back up and running. He also gave me some recommendations about routine and preventative maintenance.
I have known Irving about 3 years now, it all started when my ac went down and he promised he would get there today, even if that meant at 8pm. He meant what he said he arrived after 8pm and wasn't going home until we had ac given the temperature was in the 90's. He is an honest and trustworthy man who treats you like family. We continued having issues here and there, he said he didn't want to see us continuously put money in this old unit over 10 years. We decided to get a quote on a new ac and new air duct installation. With in a few days he got back to us and started the process. He put a whole new ac in within a week and the air duct installation which was a lot of work as I was here watching. Irving truly cares for you and doesn't leave until his work is done. He isn't like the others who continuously want to keep fixing something just to make the money. He also is very fair with his price as well. Choose Irving the Ac Man trust me you won't be disappointed. He does everything from service to maintenance to a full unit install.
