Excellent service.
Called Justin (owner) this morning because my father in law's AC was out. He promptly scheduled JT to come by and diagnose the issue. JT showed up EXACTLY on time and had the diagnosis done in no time flat. Can't believe at this time of year Intelligent Air was able to fit us in. My wife met JT and was super impressed with his professionalism, politeness, knowledge, and quick diagnosis. Thank you Intelligent Air, thank you Justin and most importantly thank you JT for an amazing AC experience! We will NEVER call another HVAC company again!

I called Justin at 8:30 AM to replace duct work. He called me with an estimate at 10:30. The job was completed at 3:30. All in the same day. I was 300 miles away and he kept me informed at every step. I could not have been more satisfied.

Very professional and polite answered phone call and gave me a time and let me know upon arrival time. Did a complete inspection on unit came to me showed me pictures of his findings and broke it all down and went and got the parts and fixed me up and running. I would use this company for all of my services and would recommend them to everyone that needs service.
