On 5/31/2019 A Service Tech from Inregrity Three came to our home to find out why our A/C quit working. When the Tech arrived, He poked a screwdriver into the unit to try to "hard start it" my wife told him that she had turned to circuit breaker off and that there was no power to the unit and asked if she should flip it back on? He replied "we'll get to that later" a few minutes later without ever flipping the ciruit breaker on, He said that the whole A/C unit and our heating unit ( which are completely separate appliances ) would both need to be replaced, he gave an estimate of $5, 000 to $7,000, He then charger us $20.00 for a service call and left. On 6/3/2019 we had a Tech from a Different Company check the system, and after replacing 2 parts had our house cooled off again, I Do Not advise anyone to do business with this company.
These guys are great. We happened to have our AC unit quit through the night and we called and Caleb answered the phone around 7:30 am He was at my door by 8:15 and got us up and running again. Very professional and knew what the problem was right away. Thanks for taking care of us!!!!
Caleb was great to work with. He was very forthcoming, and honest. I asked him several times what he would do if he were me, and we trusted his knowledge and expertise. He didn't try and sell us on anything outlandish. He saw our needs and met them. Great company. They are our new HVAC "go to"

This is a late review, but the owner came out on a Christmas Eve to fix our heater and it didn’t cost a fortune. We were and still are so thankful!❤️ Adding to my previous review. Our heater just went out two years later, and Integrity 3 saved us again! They came out quickly. Craig was courteous and professional. He found the problem out quickly and fixed it. The cost was very reasonable.....such a blessing....especially in December. Thanks Integrity 3. 😊

Just what you would hope for - prompt response, accurate diagnosis and treatment and fair price. Caleb fixed my air conditioner in the midst of the hottest days this year. So professional and they live up to their Company Name - Integrity3. Highly recommended and they are on my list for trusted partners should I have HVAC problems in the future!

I have had 2 different men on the companies team to work on my older unit, and they have always been straight up and honest with me, and have fixed botchy jobs from previous repair guys. Always gets the unit up and running. Very professional honest people. Will continue to do business with them.
Ive got to tell you, I am thankful and impressed! My heater went out right before it was to freeze for the week. Not sure what happened but it just stopped working and the house dropped to 65 degrees in one night! That is when it was 40 degrees outside. Then it was supposed to drop into the teens for a week and snow! I was at a loss, trying to heat the house with the fireplace wreaked havoc on our breathing (fireplace burns clean, but ashed and smell still permeate the house). Integrity HVAC came to the rescue. Other companies were closed, Integrity HVAC answered, and immediately came over to take a look. Diagnosed the issue, said they would return to help on Monday because the parts we thought we needed werent available on the weekend. Then they wanted to do a second look over just to be sure we got it right before digging into it too far. They came by, worked for over an hour, found the issue, fixed it and a few other little adjustments that were needed. As he was fixing the heater, it began to snow! By the time he left, there was a good flurry of snow and the heater was working. House went from 65 to 73 in no time. Family is comfortable, happy in the snow, and I am more than grateful for the service, dedication, commitment, and incredible service provided. This review and five stars cant nearly explain what this company did for me and my family. If you are looking for an HVAC company you can trust, you found it!

I cannot thank Caleb enough! In the last 5 years he has diagnosed and fixed our system to make it run as it should and installed a mini split for our addition. If you have issues do not hesitate to call him or anyone else at Integrity Three Heating and Air.
My older Richland home had a system install from an out of state retailer that was not working. I called Integrity 3 and the service provider Caleb came over. He made some recommendations with the system that he worked on. Then his partner Nolan installed a new thermostat that is awesome, user friendly and simple when we need to leave town, or the temps drop or raise outside the system adjusts. We used to blow capacitors 2 times a season. We haven't blown one since the system overhaul. I highly recommend this small company that really cares about us.
I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Integrity Three Heating and Cooling. I called them as my AC unit quit working. Within a couple hours they were at my house and had the system up and running. They keep the customer as the number one priority. There is no place better ti do business with.

Craig from Integrity3 HVAC came out and replaced a compressor on our 4 year old Heat Pump, that should not have failed except for the Faulty Installation done by Chinook HVAC! Integrity3 did a great job, the company that diagnosed our unit almost 3 weeks ago purged the system and added new Refrigerant, they were able to recapture the new Freon instead of adding their own like many companies insisted on just to pad the bill an extra $500 or so. Their pricing and professionalism were great! They didn't give us a maybe Friday or 5 hour window. Infact despite my month long Customer Service Issue with Trane/American Standard/Ingersoll Rand and a promise from one of their "Escalation Team Supervisors", that getting our replacement Compressor was already set up with Genco. Integrity3 still had an issue but figured it out on their own without creating anymore undue duress for us. The gist, what a Great Company and Professional Friendly Staff (Thank you Craig and other guy). Thank you we are enjoying having our house back to a "normal" temperature. We can close all the windows and hopefully our allergies will subside, the main reason we bought an "Energy Star" house to begin with. You have earned yourself a loyal customer for sure!
