Alex did a wonderful job fixing my dryer. He also suggested getting the dryer ducts cleaned because that contributed to the dryer not running. I highly recommend this company as legit.
Called on Monday, they sent Alex next day on time. Diagnosed problem and gave me estimate on spot. Came back today, fixed issue and refrigerator working again. Very personable and knowlegable.

I had Jose come out to my home to repair my LG Stove. We called the company on Monday morning and had a technician at our home on Tuesday. Unfortunately the part we needed was not in stock but they ordered the part and had it installed and my stove working by today(thursday). I am very impressed and will use them again.
My dryer stopped working. I called them at 4pm and they were here the next morning. Alex was fast, friendly and professional. He explained his whole process and made sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Our old refrigerator's water and ice panel stop working with no hope for repair and a new unit was obsolete. I called Integrity and received the best pricing and service within days. Alex was prompt, knowledgeable, and completely professional. They now have me as a grateful customer.
I called Integrity Services to repair a Kenmore Elite washing machine on Wednesday afternoon. They made an appointment for the following morning! That is unheard of in this day and age. Wonderful, especially with the Christmas holiday period looming and a house full of guests! From the moment of my telephone call to the arrival of Alex, the ever so professional and courteous service man, the process went perfectly. I could not be more satisfied. When I next need appliance services, I will call them to do the job.

I would definitely recommend Integrity Services. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they worked with my schedule. The service was great too. The technician, Alex was very professional and explained all my options. I was worried about an expensive fix and was relieved when it was something simple.

Terrible customer service appointment was between 12-2 Alex came early with no notification and was directed to us the lockbox with code provided to get in house to work on a dishwasher and never responded Alex ignored my texted and calls and left 5 minutes before I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early terrible customer service I do not recommend this company for appliance repair.
They were quick, professional, and explained every step of the process. He even gave tips to avoid the problem from happening again. I plan on using them again for my stove.
They were very easy to work with. The diagnosed the problem quickly, took the part to their shop and returned within a reasonable time to get the refrigerator up and running. I called this company out and showed up the next day. Tech Alex showed up very professional and installed heating element for reasonable price. My dryer was working within 24 hours of calling them with warranty.

Alex was a great communicator and explained exactly what needed to be repaired with the washer. He also took the time to explain and show me how to maintain it for optimum performance. He was very personable and I felt at ease having him in my home. Definitely will use Elite again.
