Kevin and his team were excellent - professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. They came when they said they would for each and every appointment, answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel really confident about a huge upgrade to our house. We could not be happier or more satisfied.
We highly recommend Kevin and his crew, we have had him install two ductless heating and air systems at different locations and we are very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. Kevin is very professional and personable. Explained everything so we understood, communicates very well. From the first visit to the final installation Kevin and his crew really care about you as a customer and the job they do, it was that way both times, they are very conscientious. If I was a business owner this is how I would want it to operate, great job guys, keep up the good work. I really appreciate the value of the Daikin Ductless heater and the crew that installed it. Everyone from Integrity arrived on time, friendly, answered questions clearly when I asked, and dedicated to having the install complete by the end of the work day correctly with the correct equipment. Amazing company and very helpful and friendly . great customer service and speedy results when coming out and looking at the unit and figuring out what it needs. I am amazed at how fast they came out and idinified the problem and ordered the part and got the unit back to working properly.
Integrity Home Heating LLC installed our new HVAC heating and cooling system. They are a very professional company that arrives on time for the job, cleans up, and installed a very nice heating and cooling system. We had an outstanding experience with this company from Kevin's first visit all the way to the installation day. Kevin quickly assessed the flaws of our old central heating. He spent the time explaining ductless technology, what to expect as a user, and guided us on the best position of the three heads in the house. The installation team was great and adapted quickly to our tight spaces. They left the place so clean! Everything Kevin said on his first visit was delivered, all that at a very reasonable price.

Kevin and his crew were exceptionally professional when they installed a heating/cooling system at our home. They were on time, installed the ductless heat pump and two heads in a remarkably short amount of time (approximately 5 hours). The installation was clean and flawless. The electricians faced challenges with our house, but despite that they also did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Was $1,200 less than their 500-pound-gorilla competition, for the same thing. Salesperson was thorough, explained product and install process, and upgraded our thermostat to one that is WAY better than what we had. Install crew cleaned up well! Definitely recommend them. (It's not quick to get equipment now, so don't get mad at them if they can't get what you need today!)

My highest respect to Kevin Usher and his crew for a job well done. I found Kevin to be very professional and knowledgeable in his management of my project and knowledge of the products he handles and recommends. in every sense of the word, he mimics his business name - "Integrity." His installation crew showed up on time, was courteous and respectful, and was diligent with the installation the entire time on site. They finished the job in one day; including, complete set-up and installation, testing, and cleanup. Finally, I was walked through the system to insure I was familiarized and my questions answered. I would recommend Integrity Home Heating , LLC for anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning services. They are a First Class business, with a First Class crew; handling top quality products.
Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them! I had them remove and replace my existing gas furnace and AC unit for me and I'm very impressed. They were super quick and efficient and they made a number of corrections and improvements to work that had been done by others in the past. The finished product is working wonderfully and I can't believe how tidy and air-tight everything is now. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!
I received top-notch service. Every person showed up right on time from the first appointment to the final installation dates. Kevin was so easy to work with and asked about all the details from where to place the units down to where the lines run outside. The price was competitive, helped me get a rebate and were a pleasure to work with.
What a great local company to work with! Our furnace and heat pump were replaced and just in time! They really cared and listened to what we wanted to have happen and gave us options to meet our needs and the bid came in at a very good price! The installers were very polite and considerate. The company name says it all!
I was referred to Integrity Home Heating by an inspector who inspected a duplex that I was in the process of purchasing. I was in the market to add ductless heating/cooling units into the duplex to replace the inefficient ceiling heat. I was able to connect with Kevin to set up a meeting to receive a quote. Integrity's pricing was competitive and I ended up awarding them my business. Kevin managed the entire process with great professionalism. The install was scheduled approximately 3 weeks after signing the agreement. Kevin and his team showed up promptly on the day of the installation, walked me through the process and got right to work. The installation of both units was fast and efficient - and the workers took care to make sure the duplex was as clean and neat as before the install. Once the products were installed, Kevin took the time to walk me through how to use them and best practices for getting the most of out the units. He also made it clear that he is available for questions as they arise which is invaluable. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team for any kind of heating and cooling needs.
I chose these guys off of a long list of providers because of their name, "Integrity Home Heating." They were right on the ball and let us know what was happening every step of the way. They let us know all of our options, even if the one we chose would mean less profit for them. We love our new heat pump, and these guys definitely lived up to their name. UPDATE - it is a year later and their customer service remains unsurpassed. I called Kevin out of the blue a few months ago when my heat pump was acting weird and he guided me through how to get it working right again. He even went out of his way to check on his technicians to see if someone was available to come out if needed. Integrity Home Heating remains one of the best!
Integrity Home Heating installed a ductless heat pump system in my home this morning and I am so happy with how easy everything went from quote to finish. The installation was done efficiently and with care, leaving my home as neat when they left as when they arrived. Kevin took care of all the paperwork, including EPUD rebate and product registration, and made everything so easy.
Totally professional from the estimate to the competed job (Daikin ductless heating/cooling). Their bid was detailed with equipment and installation costs. Kevin explained everything in detail. Installation crew was courteous and professional. When install was complete, Kevin went through steps to operate system. Install was clean and professional. System is quiet. So far we are happy with the system. HIghly recommend Integrity Home Heating.
I'm so glad we discovered Integrity Home Heating. They totally live up to the "Integrity" in their name! It's so GREAT when we consumers can find a vendor/service company that is Trustworthy, Efficient & Effective. Kevin is incredibly honest and willing to go the extra mile, as demonstrated by his actions. He offered to crawl under our house and inspect our ducts at no charge. Then he did it, giving us a clear and honest evaluation of our system down there.
