Mike is a great guy and did amazing work! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to change from oil to gas heating!! 5 stars for sure!
Mike was very professional and responsive. I am extremely grateful for his services. I called 6-7 other places without a response from any of them. He will be my first call next time I need my system worked on in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends.
Integrity is the furthest thing from the definition I would use to describe this company . Quote was given and accepted … the job reviewed again after loan approved and check was cut from mass save but when technician was called to schedule the job , mention they were unqualified and would need to charge more for a qualified person to help perform the job. Save yourself the time, headache and frustration and use someone who quotes you for a job, stands behind their “integrity “ and is qualified to do the job properly without playing games . Would not and will not recommend.
Mike came out to service our minisplit and we are very pleased. System is back to working like day one. Scheduling service was convenient and done at a very reasonable price. Will be our new go to company.
I highly recommend this company. I called because my central air stop working. They were at my house within 30 mins, on A Sunday and got the job done correctly and very fast. Very happy with them.
I do not recommend this company. I called integrity heating and cooling and spoke with Mike regarding a wall air conditioner for my condo. The A/C unit was fairly old,emitting a mold smell, and I assumed it could be reconditioned like new, rather than buy a new one for close to $700.00. We scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. to come to my condo. At no point during this call did he mention his fees. He arrived 20 minutes late to my door, without a tool or bag in hand. He took one look at the unit and stated that it was a self-contained unit that could not be reconditioned. He was challenged to even open the door to the unit or turn it on. He said he was most familiar with digital technology. Once we got past that, he stated that the best he could do is get some spray from his vehicle that would improve the mold smell. He returned and sprayed the unit. It did smell fairly well, at that time, though somewhat overpowering. He was at my home for less than 30 minutes! Then, came the invoice time; he charged me $150.00, including all taxes! I asked why the cost was so much and he stated, "I am the owner I can charge what I want!" Of course, this was stated after he had run my credit card using the handheld unit. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I caution everyone who reads this review to make sure you get the facts as to his fee schedule BEFORE you schedule an appointment. I only wish I had made sure of the same. I am positive he would not have ever come to my home because I would never have made an appointment. I wish everyone well, if you choose to use integrity heating and cooling.
Amazing service and totally professional. Came out to my house in the middle of a heat wave and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend.
