Mark showed up with an apprentice and they were done in less than 2 hrs and that’s including getting the parts they needed. Very professional, very quick, and a very fair price. I will be calling them again for future hvac services.
I started out calling local heating/cooling services from family oriented TV commercials offering numerous discounts making you think you're getting a deal. A neighbor who had used Mark's services gave me their number and I called him out for an estimate. What impressed me about Mark is he was the one who was doing the work, the other two services sent out a representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. He gave me the product I wanted, underpriced the other two, installed my furnace, AC and water heater basically in one day with one other helper. He also went the extra yard and replaced the blower motor in the furnace because it did not sound right. Would highly recommend his services (Service done on 4/11/22) Craig Hampton Holt, MI

Alan was real nice easy to talk to and real good at his job. He had to drive way out of his way to get there. Thanks so much for all your hard work. Alan was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job. My allergies will decrease because Alan removed lots of dirt, pet hair and debris from my air ducts. Highly recommended.

Mark is great. Installed a new efficient furnace & central air in September 2020. He didn't try to upsell anything. Was totally upfront about issues we could have with a humidifier because of hard well water. Answered all our questions & allowed us time to research the product he offered & compare with others. Came back this April to check on the air to make sure it was ready for cooling season...no charge to us. They are polite, professional & prices couldn't be beat by 2 other local quotes. Added bonus...they were ok around our dogs; 1 of which is very intimidating!
I had my furnace and a/c replaced. While they were here I had them install a garage heater as well. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely not be calling anyone else but Integrity! Thanks guys!

Wow, what a GREAT experience. Hot water tank ruptured overnight when it was below zero. Called Mark at Integrity at 8 am. By 2 our hot water was back on with a new tank installed. He was early for the appt. and was super professional. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to everyone I know. A++++++++
Integrity Heating And Air Conditioning has provided service to members of my immediate family on four separate occasions, at three different locations over the last 3 years. Immediate service on two occasions, when heat was out during frigid weather. Mark, just this week, replaced the furnace at my son's house. He could have performed $400 in repairs on the 20 year old furnace to restart the heat on Saturday night; but thoroughly explained the benefits of putting that money toward replacement. He was able to obtain the 96% efficiency furnace (Goodman one of top 5 brands), new air handling system, and AC coil Monday morning; and by Monday evening everything was up and running. Could not ask for better service at very fair pricing. Would highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.
So happy with the service I received! Mark was quick to respond on a hot day when our air conditioner quit working. He was efficient in finding the problem, thorough in explaining the repair that needed to happen and expedient in fixing the issue. My AC unit quit working on Memorial day and a call to Integrity was the right decision. Mark made the time to come over that day and look at my AC unit. After review, he recommended that the 18 year old unit be replaced due to the fact that the cost to repair it outweighed replacing it. Mark was back a few days later and installed a new 2.5 ton Goodman AC unit and now we are nice and cool again. The install took about a total of 4 hours. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and I believe was very thorough and thoughtful in his findings. I appreciate the quality work that he did and would not hesitate to call again on his expertise. Thank you!

Called Mark on a Saturday morning and he was here in and hour and got our AC back working, if you need Heat, AC or water heater service, this is the person to call.
