So we had a problem with our heat it went out Christmas Eve was blowing cold air got a hold of my insurance company they sent out integrity. Integrity came out, looked at it ordered a part installed the part a few weeks later, when the guy came out to install the part. He looked at my wife and said I don’t know how this is going to heat up your house. This is a small electrical heater doesn’t make any sense. We never had a problem with our heat till it went out. They install the part and now our heat is still blowing cold so it’s not working almost a month later they’ve been out to my house two times and it is still not resolved, this is the worst service I have ever had to deal with we have 3 kids in a cold house at night. So now we’re waiting a fourth time to see what’s gonna happen next. I will keep you posted and let you know if they can fix it or if we had to get another company involved stay tuned…….still no response from company or anyone that works for them I will never recommend anyone using this company, now I will contact my insurance company and lawyer to see what to do next, stay tuned for more updates….
Had a leak in my manufactured home , crushed my 14” flex duct. Quoted me 575$ to replace vent. Had my insurance adjuster out today , he said once the water was drained off of vent it would spring back to normal, guess what my A/C works fine now with no new 575$ repair. Stay clear of Integrity A/C Not a good company unless you want to be ripped off, shame on this company!!!!
Integrity showed up on time, great, the "Technician" as he said he was at least 10 times said, your A/C numbers are good and outside looks ok, your system is fine. We expanded our problem's and he said I am the "Technician" and I am telling you it is fine. We told home in the heat of the day we cannot keep the temps below the mid 80's and the has just gotten worse and worse, he again told us the system is ok and I am a Technician and I say it is ok. We needed more then "I am the Technician" from a company! I would give the "Technician" a 1 or 2 for "Attitude"!
I had a leak in my AC unit. DEXTER WILLIAMS came by and quickly found the problem. Then he went above and beyond what I expected in order to fix it. It was after 9:30 pm, he didnt rush, he even stayed awhile after the repairs were done to make sure everything was working correctly. I am beyond satisfied with Integrity's service.
Great new company, I will do all of my ac needs through integrity. Mason is a great employee who understands the value of customer service and hard work. If you want someone who does their job to the highest standard, ask for that young man.
1 year ago a valve was replaced in a brand new unit by Home Services company that meanwhile merged with Integrity. They won't honor the repair and won't even give us warranty documentation despite several calls. Sometimes customer service is not always about making money.
Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. We had to cancel credit cards due to fraud by the co-owner James. We needed a completely new A/C system and ducts. A two day job took over a week and we were left with the garbage from the old unit and a mess in our home. Nothing but excuses given every day. One person showed up to do the job 5 out of the 7 days. To date this company has not held their word on anything. The owner John promised us our labor costs back once the job was “complete”. This was almost two months ago and he refuses to respond to any of our calls or messages. The unit DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. We have yet to receive a refund or an inspection. John PLEASE respond to your customers and make things right.
I scheduled an AC tuneup this week. Received email confirming this appointment and another the day before. I just received a call stating we cannot be on time. Excuse too many emergency calls and I will have to reschedule. Not the professionalism I expected. When I stated to caller cancel my appointment her attitude was she could care less. I would not recommend doing business with this company and will tell my neighbors who not to call for AC help!
I apologize. My review is instead for integrity Home Solutions. Didn't realize I'd reviewed the wrong company until I read another person's negative review here. Realized we both had similar horrible experiences, but not with this company. Prior review - Overcharged by several hundred dollars on a Saturday during the height of the pandemic for freon. Payment was demanded of my management company prior to the start of the job - yep, you read that right! I am currently out of state and decided at that time not to go with their company for a full replacement. I was talked down to by their agent "Mason" on the phone for making that choice. So very glad I chose another company to replace my unit. I saved thousands in doing so! Definitely no where near a company with Integrity!
I just keep hearing bad things about the work! Seems like every time they come out some things needs to be repaired, system they installed is a year old, failed county inspections and all you get is a run around!
They came on time, very professional, wore shoe protectors, knowledgeable and our Beagle enjoyed all the pets he got from Mason.
Please don’t discount this 5 star. I’m a real client that is not handy. I had a leak in the air handler and got same day service. He was upfront with pricing (quoted before he started), examined the entire system and made no-charge recommendations, was neat, clean, polite and cleaned everything up. Most guys can do the technical part, he does the little things right, at the right price
I highly recommend Integrity Air conditioning Company, they are very honest and fair. They explain to you in detail what needs to be done and the prices are very reasonable.
Saturday, September 28, 2019 Gave Jay a call late yesterday and he scheduled to come over first thing this morning. So he was here 9am today, and was able to make the repair quite quickly and inexpensively. Additionally, as usual, Jay was very courteous and arrived promptly. He worked quickly, cleanly, and pleasantly. I look forward to seeing him in 6 months for our next maintenance.
The service technician showed up earlier than expected, which is more than I can say about our companies that don't even show up. He completed the entire repair in one visit and was courteous and professional the entire time.

We’ve used Integrity Air for all of our AC needs for almost 20 years. Jay has always been up front and honest with us about his recommendations and all of our options. We’ve always participated in his maintenance plan which has basically meant we’ve had minimal to nonexistent problems. Excellent, honest and timely service. I called Jay with an A/C issue the evening prior to the day of service. Jay promptly showed up (as scheduled) first thing in the morning, on time, at 7:00 AM. Jay diligently fixed the issue and had us back up and running in no time. Jay has been servicing my air conditioner for the past 20 years. We have recently purchased a second house and he is now servicing both. I completely feel comfortable with Jay servicing or repairing my air conditioners when I am not home. He is always reliable, on time, easy to reach, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest hence the title, “Integrity Air.” It is a perfectly suited title for his business.
