Called to make an appointment for our AC that wasn't working properly. David the technician showed up early. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. He then checked the rest of the system. Great service and work. I would highly recommend these guys.

Chris came and repaired my air conditioning on a Sunday the same day I called and he was wonderful and professional and went above and beyond to fix my AC when parts were not even available. Thanks for the great service.

I hired this company which calls themselves integrity air. I can tell you first hand this company is not built on integrity. After paying for the service and parts. I did a bit of research on the part which was put in. It was a capacitor which literally took him less than 5 minutes to install and cost me 350 dollars, he stated that it came with a 5 year warranty that’s why it cost so much. From my research I called the Carrier a/c company and that capacitor that was taken out to replace was a part that was 23.51 to replace. So please don’t waste your time with this company because they are only looking to rip you off. They told me all services come with flat rate fee and after asking what their flat rate fee was they would not answer my question. So don’t think you will get satisfaction by calling the company because they have no desire to help anyone.
I have been working with Integrity Air for some time. From their office staff, Sheila and Pamela, the technitions Chris, Jamie and Alan and the owner Ben, I could not have asked for better service! I was having problems with my unit and the Owner, Ben made it right! I would definately reccommend this company.

Seth was our service technician today, and he was very thorough and careful in checking on each part of our air and heating systems, to make sure no problem was developing in any area. We really appreciate that because it helps so much to prevent many of the expensive problems that would occur without such effective and protective maintenance. We definitely recommend Integrity Air and their professional technicians like Seth Green to anyone looking for a company to trust with their HVAC needs.

Had to large of unit on purchased home they ran lots of tests charge several thousand and didn’t fix the problem of to high humidity. I called in another company and they changed the unit from a 5 ton to a 3.5 ton unit and fixed the problem for less than Integrity Air. I still paid even though I didn’t feel that they deserved it. DON’T USE👎🏿
