Steven was awesome to work with! He installed my A/C unit almost ten years ago. I have him out every year to clean and maintain our heating and cooling. He is punctual, polite, honest, and very knowledgeable!! I refer him every chance I get!
Steven was prompt on arrival and was compassionate to my situation as a caretaker to a cancer patient that needed a toilet fixed so he would not have to walk up and down stairs . He was able to secure it safely to make it able to be used . Affordable services and was so informative as to the steps he took while doing the job . Quick appointments and great communication. Steve is friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the work he did on my rooftop evap cooler which was cotton buildup clean out and pump float replacement. Will be calling again for shutdown and moving water supply from inside my house to outside line to prevent damage in case of pipe failure. Reasonable rates. Provides pictures and videos and explains everything. Very happy with Integrated Air Mechanical
A family member's AC unit needed replacing and I had a referral from an electrician to contact Steven and I'm very happy I did. After a few quotes from other places (prices were all over the place as the family member is a bit older and vulnerable to gouging). I called IAM and Steven came out and broke down everything. He was super professional, communication was great and he did an outstanding job putting in the new unit. I can't recommend Steven and his team enough, glad to have a trustworthy HVAC team saved in my phone now.

Steven and his team are incredible. I have been working with him a couple years now and he comes through every time. Extremely knowledgeable and is not trying to get you to do something that is not needed for your home. You get a text when the job is confirmed and a text when they are on their way. He has replaced furnaces, ACs and swamp coolers for me. Will continue to use him for all my HVAC needs.

I called to have my Swamp Cooler Started Up for the season Steven was very kind he took the time to let me know exactly what was going on as he worked on my swamp cooler. Steven also gave suggestions as to what I may want to look at in the future as far as the Swamp Cooler was concerned, He was very professional and his assistant Solomon was very kind. The whole service did not take but maybe 30 minutes efficient and quick and kind I can go on and on I cannot express enough the kindness and Professionalism that was shown meant so much to me , Nowadays In the business world everybody is so concerned about making a dollar and forget about the customer service end He was genuinely concerned about my questions and answered them without getting technical. Our furnace was working but only intermittently. Steven investigated, and got the furnace up and running and provided recommendations on cleaning and replacing a part. He left us with a great report that didn't just describe the work but also photographs of what he was seeing inside the furnace. When I called to schedule followup work, they worked with my schedule, then met the agreed upon time and professionally completed the work with a cost that was easy to understand. Steven is now my go-to guy for when there is a next time.
Steven is a professional, he explained the pros & cons of the tankless water heater that I had Steven install. I offered to take some of the debris he said “ You don’t have to do that, that’s my job”, to me that says a lot the character of the man. Would I hired again, would I refer him? Definitely yes. A true pro with integrity, he will earn your business.
Highly recommend this company, not only did we contact them after hours but it was also on a weekend. Didn’t have to wait long for the arrival, and very professional. Although we reached out to have our non working furnace fixed which in the end wasn’t the problem but Steven went above and beyond to help fix the issue.
