If you are looking for a ac repair person stop your search. Cecil with integra air did such a an amazing job of getting my ac back up and running in this Texas heat. On time, reliable, sweet and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you again.
Integra Air lives up to its name! I reached out to Cecil this morning because my air conditioning had stopped working, not Only did he arrive quickly he was able to fix the problem quickly as well. He went over and above to make sure my family would have a cool house. Cecil was honest, fair and informative . We will be using his services again! Very pleased with our experience with Integra Air.
Never been the one to stop and do a review but I just had to share the experience I had with INTEGRA AIR and I have to admit The gentleman that came out gave a timely notice as to when he was able to arrive and was actually available to show up a lot earlier than the appointment we had scheduled, which was amazing because he was able to diagnose the problem with our ac within literally minutes and got our ac unit up and running a lot sooner than expected. He Kept it very professional and with out a doubt he looked experienced! But to keep this as short as possible, INTEGRA AIR is definitely saved in my contacts.
Cecil has great customer service, very responsive/prompt, and very knowledgeable! I truly appreciate his dedication and hard work!

I actually had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cecil last year. He was fxn my neighbor's unit and I asked about his company. I made an appointment with Mr. Cecil and he responded immediately. I sincerely appreciated the quick response. Mr. Cecil arrived on time and thoroughly assessed my unit, in the attic and cleaned my outside unit as well. ( checked my freon levels also) He gave me helpful tips on the up-keep going forward. He even offered to do a follow-up if needed. I can't express enough, my appreciation for the quality of work Mr. Cecil and Integra Air represents. His honesty and reasonable prices are respectful and adequate. This company was able to repair my grandmothers heating system after several attempts by other companies. He was very professional and patient as we had no knowledge of this system or service. I will continue to recommend him to everyone especially as we are approaching to cold seasons.

My thermostat was not working correctly. I called Cecil and he promptly came and installed a new thermostat. The job was very thorough. I have had no problems out of my thermostat since the new one was installed. I am very pleased with the work that was done.
Mr. Cecil Christopher is a very professional man. He is prompt. He fixes whatever issue you may have with your heating and/or a/c unit in a timely manner. If you are watching him as he works, he will explain what he is doing. He will also give you helpful information on things you can do to help you maintain your units ( such as: change the filters, remove any debris that may try and clog your outside unit, ect). I have been and I am very pleased with the work Mr. Cecil Christopher has done for me. I recommend him highly to you.
