Insight Mechanical installed system with three minisplit units; plus Insight's electrician implemented a major upgrade for our aging electrical panel. Got good information regarding the various components and installation options for our home. Got a good quote for the work. Scheduling the work went well, installation went very well. Insight Mechanical installed a system of heat pumps for us a couple of years ago. They were wonderful to work with at that time. This week we ran into a problem with one of the units. Scott called us right back and was here the next day, identified and fixed the problem. I appreciate how responsive he was in spite of being so busy. I highly recommend Insight Mechanical.

they installed a Daikin mini-split system. The showed up on time, nice men, very professional. they clean up any mess they made and I am very impressed. They are now my "go to" company for anything HVAC related.
The two biggest jobs were repiping the hot water system including installation of a new hot water heater and water softener, and replacing or repairing four yard water hydrants. Both jobs were done right the first time with minimum inconvenience.

I used Insight Mechanical to install a Mitsubishi mini-split, and I'm so happy! I love the mini-split, and everything with Insight Mechanical went very smoothly. Scott's quote for the system was far less than the three other contractors I'd contacted, and he quoted for the top of the line machine. The others did not. I would highly recommend Insight Mechanical. In fact, I'm saving up for another mini-split to be installed next year. It's nice to know exactly who I will be calling. Thank you, Insight Mechanical!

Our first experience with Insight Mechanical was when they repaired incorrectly installed Daikin mini-splits by a different contractor. Scott and his team provided the estimate, date of appointment, and corrected the problems in a very professional manner. We now have functioning Daikin units. As a result when we needed to replace our old, inefficient furnace they advised of the options and ultimately installed Mitsubishi mini-splits. The workers were on time, efficient, professional, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves so that the house was left in good shape. We find Insight Mechanical to be ethical and a genuinely professional business. We highly recommend them.
