I recently used Innovative Heating and Cooling to diagnose an error code on my Carrier Infinity system. It was a fairly warm day and I didn't want my toddlers to suffer through it so I called 2 big name companies, thinking they would come out ASAP. Unfortunately, I got the feeling I was on a long list of service calls. I ended up stumbling across Innovative’s number on Google and I am so glad I found them. Not only did they come out ASAP and fix the issue, the tech ended up diagnosing a few more things that were concerning to him. 1 small issue couldn’t be addressed, but didn’t affect the unit at the time. (Think car is making a weird sound, but then doesn’t do it when you take it to a mechanic. That type of issue). Sure enough, later that night the issue popped up again. I called it in and they were back out early the next morning. It turned out to be a rare occurrence where one of the plugs on the control board had wobbled loose from years of small vibration. The tech simply plugged it back in, and secured it in a way that it wouldn’t happen again. When I received the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge me for the 2nd visit. Now tell me this. How many companies would’ve (A) Charged for that or (B) Said it was some part that needs to be replaced and padded their bill? Probably most, right? Not Innovative. Is it weird that I now WANT to pay them more money? Honesty, transparency and competitive pricing are hard to come by during this current Nashville building boom. It’s good to know there are still good people out there who have your best interest in mind. Innovative, you’ve earned a customer for life and I will definitely pass your number on to my friends and neighbors. Cheers!
The Innovative HVAC experts treated my home as if it were a patient and they were the doctors. Gave me a diagnosis and recommended options for remediation. Efficient and responsive, reasonable prices and great service delivery. No nonsense, very professional. Love these guys!
Can’t say enough about Larry and his team. They are fast, reliable, accessible, knowledgeable, and they don’t cut corners. That is sure hard to find in this town! I highly recommend giving Amanda a call if you’re too hot or too cold...
I have used Innovative HVAC exclusively for my personal residence and for properties that I manage. This is a small firm that offers personalized service. What I really like about them is their technicians who are true problem solvers. They know how to troubleshoot systems and just not replace parts. I recently referred them to a tenant who was complaining that they were told by another firm that they had to replace an entire furnace that wasn't working. After troubleshooting the problem it took only two parts at a total installed cost of $167 to fix it. Need I say more?
